**What do you like best about Spark.work?**

The mobile app is flexible and easy to use, especially when I need to check who on my team is out of the office and submit a day-off or remote-work request for myself.

**What do you dislike about Spark.work?**

In my opinion, the app includes the features it’s intended to provide. Maybe Microsoft account login is the only thing i don't like, but we have alternative  login hopefully.

**What problems is Spark.work solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a project manager, one of my main challenges is resource management and effective collaboration with the team. This app helps with everyday needs such as quickly seeing who is on vacation, out of the office, or working remotely when I need to reach someone.

I also use Spark for project reporting, which is very helpful for the finance department and management to track progress and make informed decisions.

The newsfeed is another great feature, as it keeps everyone up to date with important company announcements, new achievements, and key updates.

**What do you like best about Spark.work?**

Spark has become a very important part of my daily work. It helps me stay organized and manage everything smoothly in one centralized platform, which makes a real difference in a fast-paced environment.

What I particularly value is how well it brings together both strategic, high-level activities - like company and department strategic planning - with the more routine, day-to-day tasks. Having this balance in one place makes it much easier to stay focused and effective.

The feature coverage is impressively broad. From strategy maps and OKR management to people and resource allocation, projects, timesheets, and performance tracking - everything I need is there. It also covers my personal essentials such as leave management, company updates, and tracking my own KPIs, so I rarely need to switch between tools.

The platform is intuitive and easy to use, and I’ve noticed that each new module comes with an even better user experience, making the overall workflow more comfortable over time. What stands out even more is that the product is continuously evolving - new features, improvements, and thoughtful updates regularly bring additional value and make the experience better for users.

The mobile app is another strong advantage. It’s very well designed and especially helpful for handling daily tasks on the go - whether it’s quickly checking updates, managing requests, or staying connected without needing to open a laptop. It adds a great level of flexibility to the overall experience.

Another key advantage is the level of customer support and client orientation. It’s always possible to reach out, get help quickly, and even discuss ideas with the team and it’s genuinely rewarding to see some of those ideas reflected in the product later on.

Overall, Spark is a tool I rely on every day, and it keeps growing in ways that support both productivity and strategic alignment.

**What do you dislike about Spark.work?**

While the newer modules offer a noticeably improved user experience, there are some earlier features where UX could benefit from further refinement. I’m looking forward to seeing those areas evolve in future updates, especially given how actively the product continues to develop.

Spark.work solves the challenge of managing strategic initiatives and daily operational tasks in a fragmented work environment. By bringing everything into one centralized platform, it allows me to plan, prioritize, and execute more effectively without switching between multiple tools. It connects high-level activities - such as strategy maps, OKR management, and resource allocation planning - with everyday workflows like project timesheets, performance management, leave requests, and company updates. This integration gives me full visibility and helps ensure that daily efforts stay aligned with broader organizational goals. As a result, I’m able to stay organized, make more informed decisions, and manage responsibilities with greater efficiency. The platform is continuously evolving, regularly introducing new features and improvements that add real value to users and further enhance productivity!

What I appreciate most about Spark.work is that it brings company strategy, structure, goals, and people data into one place. It makes it much easier to track availability, workloads and team capacity without jumping between different tools.

The platform gives clear visibility into team structures, utilization and skills, which helps with planning and spotting potential risks early. Decisions feel more grounded in real capacity rather than assumptions.

From a user perspective, at first glance the platform can feel complex, but navigation becomes manageable with the guidance from the very responsive product team. The product team is always open to feedback, ready to support, and genuinely willing to consider new ideas, which makes the tool feel like it grows with our needs rather than limiting them.

**What do you dislike about Spark.work?**

So far, there are no real dislikes to mention. However, Spark.work does not deliver value automatically. Its success depends heavily on consistent adoption and active input from all responsible layers of the organization. When fully embedded into daily workflows, it delivers strong results-but without that commitment, its full potential may not be realized.

Beyond HR processes, Spark.work is strongly connected to performance and company strategy. It’s not just an HRMS tool. It’s actively used by our company's executive team as well, which creates strong alignment between leadership, HR and teams. Having the same data and visibility across all levels helps ensure decisions are based on real capacity, priorities, and performance rather than assumptions.

Spark.work makes everyday HR tasks really simple and fast. Requesting days off takes just a few clicks, and I can easily check my leave balance anytime without contacting HR. The approval process is clear and transparent, so I always know the status of my request.

I also like the company feed. It’s convenient to see internal news and announcements in the same place where I manage my time off. Overall, the interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to use, which makes Spark.work great for daily employee needs.

At the moment, there’s nothing specific I dislike. The platform works smoothly for my daily needs, and I haven’t run into any major issues so far.”

The Strategy Map, OKRs, and KPI Tracking modules are particularly impressive. They transform strategic goals into measurable outcomes, allowing leadership and teams to stay aligned in real time.
I also love how intuitive the user interface is - everything feels connected and thoughtfully designed for both HR professionals and business leaders.
The mobile experience is excellent - not a simplified version, but a genuinely powerful tool.

**What do you dislike about Spark.work?**

There’s very little to criticise. If I had to suggest something, it would be to expand 360° feedback and peer-review features even further - though it’s already quite robust.

Spark.work helps bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

Before using it, strategy alignment felt like a separate process from HR operations. Now everything - goals, performance, and people - is connected in one ecosystem.
It gives leadership full visibility on progress, while employees understand exactly how their daily work contributes to organizational goals. This has noticeably improved engagement, accountability, and overall performance tracking.

Spark Work really helps me cover the entire recruitment cycle in one place. What I like the most is the AI-powered CV parsing—it automatically reads and structures resumes, then adds them into the ATS with great accuracy. It saves me a lot of time compared to doing everything manually. I also find the automated emails very useful for keeping candidates updated without spending hours on follow-ups. Another big plus for me is the integrations—it connects easily with other tools, so the whole process feels smooth and efficient.

No major drawbacks so far. At first, it takes a little time to explore all the features, since it’s a very comprehensive platform, but once you get used to it, everything works smoothly.

Used many HR softwares in the past, I can honestly say that Spark.work is a gamechanger! It's a wonderful tool that has many capabilities; from PTO management to recruitment, the first thing that I do everyday once I arrive to the office is to open Spark.work. Besides, their pricing is nearly unmatched.

**What do you dislike about Spark.work?**

At first, Spark.work may be a difficult tool to utilize, especially if you're going to use more than 1 modules, however, their customer support team is available for your help always.

**What problems is Spark.work solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Almost everything, but the main ones are PTO management, Employee records and recruitment.
