**What do you like best about SP CE?**

SP_CE let's you utilize your ideas and creativity to the fullest without hindering you with complex setup or coding.
I was blown away by how seamless the process of building SP_CE's was, and how engaging it made my content look.

Instead of sending links to folders over and over, losing content and documentation along the way. SP_CE let's you keep a cohesive and personalized environment for every customer, internal project, or event. 

All the right content in one place, with some of the easiest implementation I've experienced.

**What do you dislike about SP CE?**

Personaly I have no dislikes when it comes to SP_CE. There are however some challenges that can present themselves.

It's always hard to integrate a new system into your company's IT arsenal, and many businesses are not mature enough when it comes to taking their content to the next stage.

SP_CE combines "hard value" with "soft value", and I think the soft value can be overlooked by some companies which can make SP_CE hard to justify.

SP_CE to me is not a mandatory system in terms of making your business function. It gives you the potential to take your business to the next step, and let's you stand out in a world of competetion, where content and personalization becomes increasingly important.

**What problems is SP CE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SP_CE does not waste my time.
With the ability to clone templates and with a few adjustments have a new one ready for the next task, my workflow keeps me productive and focused.

With the platform bloat that exists on the market today,  SP_CE does the best job I've personally experienced by keeping and managing content without losing it.

Sending a file or a link via email or teams simply can't compare to having it all in a beatiful organized view, keeping it clean and tidy without any unessecary information.

**What do you like best about SP CE?**

It provides a convenient central location to present information to customers and share resources.
The integrated analytics section is a very powerful feature for getting actual data on engagement by meeting participants after I have delivered a presentation.
The interface is intuitive.
Onboarding sessions from SP_CE team were informative.
Possible to integrate in stages into current work processes.
Customer support are very quick to respond and provide prompt, useful solutions to queries.
They continue to implement new features, such as a feature that will allow you to change a template and have the changes pushed out to any spaces that are based on that template (I have just joined the beta for that).
Once your account is created, it works on any current browser.

**What do you dislike about SP CE?**

When using the SP_CE location for resources (files being used within the Salesrooms / Showrooms), I currently have to upload the files without a folder structure and then organise within folders afterwards. It would be good to be able to upload files within an existing folder structure.

**What problems is SP CE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of knowledge about how data is used after I have presented it. Solution: SP CE Analytics allows me to see who has engaged with shared material after I have given a presentation.

Proliferation of unlinked presentation decks with similar data - if one image is to be changed, it has to be changed across all decks. Solution: Where multiple SP CE showrooms are created using images from Global Resources, it is possible to change the version of the image and it will be changed in all showrooms using that image.

**What do you like best about SP CE?**

It is very easy to use. Easy for us to learn how to work with it and easy for our customers to use. It was easy to implement and the customer support is excellent.

**What do you dislike about SP CE?**

Although easy to use, it is still yet one more tool to learn and use, and also for our customers it means one more tool to use for communication. This means that it may take some time to get used to it and use it frequently. The number of features is limited, but I would see this as an advantage rather than a limitation.

**What problems is SP CE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collecting our customer interaction in one place, making our sales promotion material available for the customer in one place. Reducing e-mail communication.

**What do you like best about SP CE?**

SP_CE provides a very convenient and secure way to share information with Channel Partners. The digital showrooms and salesrooms can be created after minimal training and the results look very professional. Updates can be made at the global level and will automatically flow to all touchpoints. The analytics provide valuable insight into who is accessing which content which enables you to modify the information presented based on what the customers are looking for.

**What do you dislike about SP CE?**

We look for the customers to provide their email addresses to access the content. This enables us to use the SP_CE analytics to the full. This step may cause some users not to engage. We could use 'open access' but we then don't capture the valuable analytical information.

**What problems is SP CE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working to consolidate sales. product information and training into a single repository worldwide that can be used internally and where elements of the same content can be shared with our distributors and channel partners.

**What do you like best about SP CE?**

I heard about SP_CE through colleagues and it sounded like a perfect fit for what I was aiming to do with my sales team – I wanted them to create a tailor made environments for each customer, to share marketing material in whatever format, to continue engagement with buyers after that initial meeting, and to make it easy for the buyer to promote to other stakeholders in their business. SP_CE does all of that very well. It also has great analytics to allow you to see who engaged with what material and for how long. Deployment and user training was very well supported by the team at SPCE – we rolled out gradually, first to admins to get some basic templates created and then to the whole team of users. The beauty is that it’s very quick and simple – a salesperson can create a new space from a template, give it the right flavour for their customer, add/remove any resources and share it all within a couple of minutes. You’re able to customise the templates for your brand, but the UX is kept clean and simple so there are not endless options to tweak and edit. This meant our sales and marketing teams were able to adopt SP_CE very quickly and feedback has been super positive. Ultimately my goal was to save my salespeople time and keep our product messaging consistent and up to date – so far I feel I’ve achieved both.

Some may want more options to edit the templates and spaces.

They are always ready to help. I work in different time zones, and the team, especially Frederick, has always been supportive, helpful and ready for whatever I need.

Honestly, there is nothing to dislike about the company and team. They are awesome.

They helped us to build an amazing online course for doctors in a couple of days. The platform is very user-friendly and intuitive. Frederick took his time to explain every step and how to build the best online course for our customers.

**What do you like best about SP CE?**

It is a great tools that allows to share and manage contents to vehicle to a broad and different target audience. Having the possibility to create web pages where we can easily add contents based on the key messages we want to deliver is what we were looking for. The possibility to plan efficient meetings in a customised environment is a great plus as we can provide a full brand experience to our stakeholders.

Agendas within the meeting platform needs to be further developped to be able to add the name of the speaker, the time and the area of topic.

**What do you like best about SP CE?**

SP CE helps my team establish a solid line of communication with their prospects, which was far more challenging to achieve just over email alone. Meetings are more dynamic and exciting, with the added benefit of having one place where prospects can access documents, presentations, to-dos, video recordings and company info. Did I also mention it makes you look super professional and sets you apart from using from Zoom, Meet and Teams? SP CE is great!!

**What do you like best about SP CE?**

It helps both users and participants (customers, partners, suppliers etc.) to store and share latest information in a clear and easy way. Projects can be followed and communicated easily and the space design can be tailored for each individual project/customer/case.

**What do you dislike about SP CE?**

It can be hard to integrate with new customers who are not familiar with or open to other solutions than traditional. Large companies or conservative people might have troubles/be reluctant to using a different source when "previous soultions worked perfectly well-why complicate with an extra step?".

**What problems is SP CE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SP CE helps with keeping track of all initiated project ideas with customers. It makes sure all parts have access to specifically chosen information depending on the case. It makes sure all documents are updated by using global sources and it notifies the user when a participant joins/are active is the shared space. The statistics help with where you should move focus, which customers to remind etc. The video function personalizes the experience and help explaining how the space is used. The chat-function further help communication in a more informal way, which is beneficial for quick communication (and proably preferred by young and next generations).

As I mentioned to the SP CE team, this platform, once orchestrated properly acts as the 24/7 account executive to my business.
It will give us all the analytics we need to grow the adoption as well as get growth in our current customers.

It is a bit heavy to set up. and requires focussed attention to setup the orchestration.

**What do you like best about SP CE?**

It is so easy to use and manage. The final look is very slick and professional and helps us stand out to our customers. I have been responsible for training my team on how to use this platform, and as it is so intuitive, this has not been a difficult job. Having access to the creators and customer engagement managers has made the transition to using this very smooth, and their customer service is second to none.

**What do you dislike about SP CE?**

It is not yet possible to select different font styles, sizes, or types within the same text box or adjust the size of pictures, so there is currently some creativity limitation. That said, the team have been very open to hearing these suggestions, and updates and new functions come online frequently, so I do not foresee this being an issue for much longer.

**What problems is SP CE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are experiencing more difficulty spending time face-to-face with our customers and end users, mainly due to their increased clinical workload and restrictions for infection prevention. SP CE allows us to connect with our customers and allow them more autonomy in accessing our information and resources while ensuring we maintain those relationships and build on what we have.

SPCE is an excellent tool for customers to enable them to view and interact within their own bespoke site.  We have enabled education, products and links to specific social media sites

Nothing, we are in the process of identifying areas where information can be added and which will be useful for the customers.  The SP CE team have been extremely helpful in adapting the site for our use and as a result there is nothin i dislike about the web space

Customers do not have to depend on contacting us directly, they have their own bespoke site which gives them the information they require at their own leisure.  We schedule meetings and all information regarding an account is kept in once place.  In addition, we can also see who has accessed information for analytics

it is build like a mini wordpress, you can pretty much customize  and brand every room according to your imagination. The whole thing is s quite intuative

**What do you like best about SP CE?**

Easy to use interface. Click and drop content creation. Instant view of the created website. We can quickly set up and publish a new showroom for our target audience. Success Manager is very proactive and helpful. The team always keeps us up to date monthly with new enhancements.

**What do you dislike about SP CE?**

Current features has room for improvement, such as navigation bar, multiple pages in one showroom, duplicating individual content blocks from one showroom to another showroom.

Sp_ce lets us quickly present our marketing messages to our target audience and create individual salesrooms for selected groups. Better focus presentation of our products/offerings to our customers.

Having to send mutliple emails to customer both internal and external (marketing materials and other product information) = reduction in email traffic and time savings, connecting all relevant stakeholders in one place and easy access to everything what they need - meetings, resources etc and being able to customise each SP CE to adress customer's needs individually = tailored solution

**What do you like best about SP CE?**

It's super friendly, intuitive and creative. It helps you to grow digitally and with an excellent view of your products and values. Also, you can invite everyone or only a few you'd like to see your SPCE. Personalized.

**What do you dislike about SP CE?**

I wouldn't say I like it's too slow when uploading pictures or videos, and I've noticed that some changes don't reflect instantly or never change. But it's really easy to just adjust that change.

**What problems is SP CE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The way we show our products digitally. I know that, at least in my company, we have a website, but unfortunately, as we are not the main Customer Center, we can't edit that page, and many of the translations and focus of the products are wrong for our country.

So with SPCE, we can edit the site as much as we want in an easier way where we can put all the information that our customers would like to see.

How easy it is to navigate and customise.
I particularly like the to-do list function - this will help with accountability for next steps etc

Nothing I particularly dislike, once you become familiar with the platform it's very intuative.

**What problems is SP CE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to build specific content for individual customers and allows me to direct them to resources that they frequently request over email.  Once I have engagement with my cutomers, I anticipate this saving me time.

As it's a new platform it takes a bit of getting used to but also the training and support has been great so gives confidence

I like how everything you need can be located in one spot and the entire sales cycle can be conducted inside space.

To this point I have not found any downsides to using the platform.

Creation of a showroom to promote your products and services on the fly. Afterwhich u can arrange meetings with customers and able to keep track of the progress of the discussion.

**What do you dislike about SP CE?**

Currently, it can create a site similar to the corporate website, but it still lacks some functionalities, and it will be great for some essential features like creating a website with a menu or sitemap.

SP CE combines the functions of Content Management, CRM, Messaging and Website in one system. It benefits us to have a holistic view of the Sales and Marketing Activities.

**What do you like best about SP CE?**

SPCE is an excellent tool for engaging potential customers during their buying process. SPCE helps the salespersons to easier interact with the buyer and keep track of their every move.
The digital salesroom is a great way to gather all the buyer's information and present it in a very attractive way.

It's really how SP CE takes me straight to the point. After a short but effective onboarding, I feel ready to start showcasing my product. The necessary features are there but none of the bloatedness I have grown used to in other online meeting tools. The share meeting link is right in my face in the landing page and I love it.

I am yet to become a power user of SP CE, but nothing has bothered me thus far. I could imagine others wanting more integrations and [insert obscure Microsoft Teams feature here] but to me, SP CE's genius is its simplicity.

It has two tools, the sales room and the showroom. The sales room will take your online meetings to the next level by gathering the whole sales process into one online space. There you can have your meetings, build a timeline and share documents. All this, so that you can collect data of who is taking what actions and when. This will help the sales rep to improve timing and deciding which deals to prioritize.

It can be a little bit difficult to get a hang of the concept on the beggining, but once you get the picture it's super easy to use.

Fabolous ease-of-use CMS and flexible solutions offer an excellent experience for our intended audience. The support from the SPCE Team is fantastic! Also, doubling a Space to set it as a default template is marvelous!

At the time of writing, more or less each of our concerns the SPCE Support Team has helped us overcome, so not any dislikes so far at all. Maybe the integrations could be "easier" to connect without the need for Corporate Admin accounts.

I like the beautiful UI and how easy it is for both me and my clients to use. You can build a great looking sales room that looks like a landing page. This is something else compared to Zoom or Teams. Meeting templates is also very handy when you have multiple different meeting types and customers/industries you sell to, personalization at scale you could say.

**What do you dislike about SP CE?**

Nothing really. There is a transcript version built in to the tool, this could work better for Swedish as a language. But the English one works fine and think that there improvements to the Swedish one in the coming updates.

It makes it easier to run really good online sales meetings. Makes it easier to get my team ramped up due to meeting templates and the library with recordings of past meetings.

The idea of having a private space customized for your client makes it easy to get and give all essential information for a B2B deal. You can present your sales process in a structured way, find saved conversations, upload the documentation needed for the deal, and last but not least, you have the possibility to show video-demos in a user-friendly and modern environment.

It is not a dislike but a challenge of adaption. The design is new, and it will take some time to get use to it, but it is user-friendly and self-explanatory and the time spent on getting to know the new design will be worth it.

It's easy to communicate new product release information to existing customers via the Showrooms. Very user-friendly CMS editor and no coding makes it very fast to bring up new micro-sites. Track exactly which content engages specific visitors the most and hand-over to sales to drive new deals.
