What do you like best about SP CE?

SP_CE let's you utilize your ideas and creativity to the fullest without hindering you with complex setup or coding.

I was blown away by how seamless the process of building SP_CE's was, and how engaging it made my content look.

Instead of sending links to folders over and over, losing content and documentation along the way. SP_CE let's you keep a cohesive and personalized environment for every customer, internal project, or event.

What do you dislike about SP CE?

Personaly I have no dislikes when it comes to SP_CE. There are however some challenges that can present themselves.

It's always hard to integrate a new system into your company's IT arsenal, and many businesses are not mature enough when it comes to taking their content to the next stage.

SP_CE combines "hard value" with "soft value", and I think the soft value can be overlooked by some companies which can make SP_CE hard to justify.

SP_CE to me is not a mandatory system in terms of making your business function. It gives you the potential to take your business to the next step, and let's you stand out in a world of competetion, where content and personalization becomes increasingly important. What do you like best about SP CE?

It provides a convenient central location to present information to customers and share resources.

The integrated analytics section is a very powerful feature for getting actual data on engagement by meeting participants after I have delivered a presentation.

The interface is intuitive.

Onboarding sessions from SP_CE team were informative.

Possible to integrate in stages into current work processes.

Customer support are very quick to respond and provide prompt, useful solutions to queries.

They continue to implement new features, such as a feature that will allow you to change a template and have the changes pushed out to any spaces that are based on that template (I have just joined the beta for that).

What do you dislike about SP CE?

When using the SP_CE location for resources (files being used within the Salesrooms / Showrooms), I currently have to upload the files without a folder structure and then organise within folders afterwards. What do you like best about SP CE?

What do you dislike about SP CE?

Although easy to use, it is still yet one more tool to learn and use, and also for our customers it means one more tool to use for communication. This means that it may take some time to get used to it and use it frequently. The number of features is limited, but I would see this as an advantage rather than a limitation. What do you like best about SP CE?

SP_CE provides a very convenient and secure way to share information with Channel Partners. The digital showrooms and salesrooms can be created after minimal training and the results look very professional. Updates can be made at the global level and will automatically flow to all touchpoints. The analytics provide valuable insight into who is accessing which content which enables you to modify the information presented based on what the customers are looking for. What do you dislike about SP CE?

We look for the customers to provide their email addresses to access the content. This enables us to use the SP_CE analytics to the full. This step may cause some users not to engage. What do you like best about SP CE?

I heard about SP_CE through colleagues and it sounded like a perfect fit for what I was aiming to do with my sales team – I wanted them to create a tailor made environments for each customer, to share marketing material in whatever format, to continue engagement with buyers after that initial meeting, and to make it easy for the buyer to promote to other stakeholders in their business. SP_CE does all of that very well. It also has great analytics to allow you to see who engaged with what material and for how long. Deployment and user training was very well supported by the team at SPCE – we rolled out gradually, first to admins to get some basic templates created and then to the whole team of users. The beauty is that it’s very quick and simple – a salesperson can create a new space from a template, give it the right flavour for their customer, add/remove any resources and share it all within a couple of minutes. You’re able to customise the templates for your brand, but the UX is kept clean and simple so there are not endless options to tweak and edit. This meant our sales and marketing teams were able to adopt SP_CE very quickly and feedback has been super positive. Ultimately my goal was to save my salespeople time and keep our product messaging consistent and up to date – so far I feel I’ve achieved both. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SP CE?

It is a great tools that allows to share and manage contents to vehicle to a broad and different target audience. Having the possibility to create web pages where we can easily add contents based on the key messages we want to deliver is what we were looking for. What do you like best about SP CE?

SP CE helps my team establish a solid line of communication with their prospects, which was far more challenging to achieve just over email alone. Meetings are more dynamic and exciting, with the added benefit of having one place where prospects can access documents, presentations, to-dos, video recordings and company info. Did I also mention it makes you look super professional and sets you apart from using from Zoom, Meet and Teams? SP CE is great!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
