The biggest bottleneck is supplier adoption—vendors don't always log in regularly to check or update information, meaning you still end up chasing details via email, which reduces the platform's full effectiveness until everyone is fully onboarded and engaged. The aspect of Sourceday that is most helpful to me is the ability to manage all of our purchase orders and communication at the same time through one universal platform. The system works as a direct link into our ERP system. This ensures that our suppliers always have access to exactly what our system states.
