"Knowledge transfer with gamification at SoSafe"
What do you like best about SoSafe?

I particularly appreciate the gamification features of SoSafe, which make learning more diverse and enjoyable. The gamification conveys knowledge in a less dry manner, making the whole experience more exciting and less monotonous. Additionally, the initial setup of SoSafe was easy, which made starting with the program pleasant. I consider SoSafe so valuable and effective that I would recommend it to a friend or colleague with the highest score of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SoSafe?

I find the lack of interactivity of SoSafe regrettable. Additionally, it would be desirable to have more games beyond the typical quiz formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Difficult Setup and Limited Control Undermine Potential"
What do you like best about SoSafe?

I appreciate the eLearning courses developed by SoSafe's team of linguists. These courses are interactive and well-done, offering a rich learning experience. One of the standout aspects of these courses is their multilingual support, which is particularly beneficial for our global rollouts. This feature significantly enhances user understanding and comprehension, making it easier for our diverse workforce to grasp essential content. The quality and accessibility of these courses help solve many challenges we face in delivering consistent training across different regions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SoSafe?

I find several aspects of SoSafe challenging. There's a significant lack of control from the IT end, causing confusion, overhead, and misunderstandings. The limited admin access doesn't solve our challenges; instead, it creates new ones. One major issue is the need to convert PDF policies into SCORM format for functionality, which wasn't anticipated and adds unnecessary overhead on HR and IT staff, along with unexpected budgeting costs. Furthermore, the ability to roll out campaigns is restricted, requiring intervention from SoSafe, which limits our flexibility. The course catalog is also disappointing, as it's limited, outdated, and not aligned with current trends or emerging threats, particularly in AI and social engineering. Additionally, the initial setup of SoSafe was extremely difficult, especially from an implementation and rollout perspective for users, compounded by the limitations with SCORM files, campaign control, and course catalog updates. Finally, the need to integrate with Adobe Captivate due to cost constraints, despite its limitations, adds to our business expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
