I liked the ease of taking this test and finishing it without wondering whether I will actually clear the rounds because sometimes, the questions are so tricky that one feels that it will be impossible to score. What do you like best about Equip?

I really like Equip's platform adaptability in evaluating a variety of skills and implementation . The platform save time by offering a collection of questions varying in difficulty. Test integrity is guaranteed by AutoProctor's proctoring feature, which also provides access to thorough summaries and session recordings for insights into applicant behaviour. Filtering and decision-making are made simple by Equip's user-friendly Dashboard, which also streamlines result evaluations. What do you dislike about Equip?

Although Equip is a strong platform, there are a few places that may use improvement. Users with various ATS preferences may find it difficult to integrate Lever because of the restricted alternatives available. Currently, Lever is only supported on the Premium Plan. One negative is that tests cannot be specifically designed on mobile devices, which could restrict accessibility. Although the categorization of skill levels is helpful, a more adjustable difficulty level could better suit a range of candidate experience levels. During proctored exams, addressing and discussing candidate privacy in greater detail would boost confidence. "Overall decent assesment experience"

What do you like best about Equip?

I was giving the assesment for ML engineer and I was using my phone's hotspot for internet connectivity. My mobile data exhausted in middle of the test, and I was worried whether I need to re-attempt the test or I would be disqualified. But the test went smooth over the platform. As far as I know Equip has been helping in conducting online assesments for the company, helping them in hiring candidates. I have applied for a ML Engineer role at a company, and I needed to attempt the quiz over the Equip platform. Hence, I was introduced to the platform.
