I'm aware that I can add multiple skills in one assessment on Equip. Can I add it to a test?

Hi Bhavana. Absolutely! You can add multiple skills in an assessment as well as a test.

On Equip, an assessment is a set of tests that a candidate must take one after another.

For example, you create an assessment for a sales associate role. You add two tests to this assessment. The first test is a Quiz within which you can add multiple skills such as English communication, general aptitude and attention to detail. The second test can be a Video Interview which has situational judgement questions specific to the role. See the different test types on Equip here: https://equip.co/demo/test-types/

An assessment with multiple tests has a single, shareable link. When you share the link with candidates, they will attempt the Quiz followed by the Video Interview.

In fact, we recommend adding multiple skills to a single test to improve candidate experience and for the ease of analysing results. Read more about it here: https://help.equip.co/en/article/testing-for-multiple-skills-at-once-123hbb9/

Hope this helps.
