What do you like best about Equip?

What I like best about Equip is that it helps us find the best fit for our startup quickly and efficiently. Equip's assessments replaced our manual resume screening, which saved us a lot of time. We can now pre-screen candidates for specific skills we require, such as communication and business acumen. What problems is Equip solving and how is that benefiting you?

Equip addresses two major issues we encountered while hiring: unqualified applicants and a lengthy screening process. Previously, we manually screened countless resumes, resulting in a great deal of wasted time and interviews with unsuitable candidates.

Equip solves this by providing pre-screening assessments that focus on specific skills such as communication, business acumen, marketing and finance. This removes unqualified applicants early on, saving us time and effort. We can now focus on interviewing the most qualified candidates, resulting in a smoother and more efficient hiring process. "I Liked the overall experience"

What do you like best about Equip?

The UI was user-friendly and flawless, it helped me to perform my test very well.

And the AI for noise detection and camera works very well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Equip?

Nothing much, just before the test provide the instruction that we are not allowed to speak and press copy and paste buttons, since when we code we do need to copy and paste multiple time, it's not a violation from our side, but a warning before the test will help us to keep that in mind.

I am used to read my code or talk to myself about my code while writing it, I am not sure if that's allowed or not. These warnings can be given prior. Thank you Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
