I like many things about SocialGest, but I must say that the features I use the most for my work are the Artificial Intelligence assistants, both for writing copy for my clients and for creating images. I value this functionality greatly because we, as Community Managers, know what it's like to run out of ideas.

Then, I use the metrics panel a lot; I check my clients' online results daily, where with a simple click I have a lot of valuable information that allows me to make decisions on the fly to achieve better results with my content. Additionally, at the end of the month, I download that same information in a mega-complete report to present to my clients, and I look super professional without going crazy collecting the data on my own. This is hard because I dislike the app more than I like it so it is hard to say what I like best about it. But if I had to say anything it would be that you can connect most of your social media posts and analyze each post to get your insights and how that post is performing and know what your audience is liking so you can do more of that content. Something else that's different from other social media scheduler apps is that you can do pdf. forms on there and get the analytics from it that is really helpful in building documents. When I first came on to the platform it asked your language, I put it in English but it kept giving me Spanish so it was hard to set up. It's like it wanted to revert to Spanish and not give me English until I came to the main platform. You have to get through the setup portion to get the language you request.... well that is what happened for me and I didn't like that. Another thing I don't like is that the whole page seems confusing and convoluted. Not very clear as to what they do or where to go. It doesn't make it easy to use. I signed up three years ago. Last october I told them I did not want to renew my subscription and they charged the yearly fee anyway. I talked to them, but they never refunded my money. I've also asked them to cancel my yearly subscription and delete my bank card details (the platform does not allow you to do so by yourself) but I just logged in and all my information is still there and the automatic renewal as well.

I dilike the fact that you cannot unsubscribe from their platform. When a user tries to do so the button leads to the chatbox and an agent talks to you trying to convince you not to leave. And all convesations lead to a dead point: user asking to have the data deleted and agent saying that they will take a look at their case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love symplicity and speed to schedule new posts across different platforms as well as the function to give access to other users within your organisation. Doesn't have integration with the social media platform "Pinterest". I also dislike the fact that Instagram posts are not automatically posted. you receive a notification at the scheduled time in Social Gest's app reminding you to post plus it imports the images/videos and the copy to Instagran (wich it's quite handy). For a moment the price caught my attention and the variety of functions they offer, however when using it you realize that they do not work correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the end, they try to sell you too many add-ons, which in the end makes it too expensive and of little value compared to other solutions of the same price. For what you can get to pay you can activate social sprout or agorapulse which are leading solutions in the industry.

The customer service is deplorable, I never recommend buying this service annually since at any time they can cancel your access without any refund.

Socialgest has allowed me to have all the management tools in one place, I just go to their website and I can manage them all from one place. When I lost my mobile phone, I couldn't find a way to post and maintain my networks, with Socialgest I just had to schedule them all from my computer and it solved the problem.

When it's time to conduct market studies, I analyze the competition through the benchmarking option, and that way I can plan my future strategies.

The automation of posts is excellent, it fulfills at the exact time without any delay, plus the autocorrect allows me to check if my posts have spelling errors before publishing them, avoiding the waste of time in editing my posts or using a dictionary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There were changes in the application and it no longer automatically posts on Instagram, which is very bad for a social network in full swing. It is necessary to return to Instagram automation. Doing it by sending an SMS is tedious because it is often forgotten; it was much better before.

I like its security, which I apply in several of the companies I'm in; it has a panic button that can stop everything programmed. It is not necessary to have knowledge in management and publication on social networks. You have everything you need in a single application: content creation and auto-posting, you can schedule your content calendar and not worry about the posts.

I can spy on my competition thanks to this app, so I can quickly compare my networks with those of the competition. I like its reports and statistics; it is the best by far. They make my job very easy when it comes to delivering and formulating a report to management and superiors. The plans are expensive, it's difficult for me to cover the cost of your plans with my budget. Sometimes I get an error when I try to post a video. I haven't been able to upload images and videos together in the same post. There is difficulty in seeing how the posts will look before uploading them when they are scheduled, you should fix that. The option to respond to comments and manage followers is a bit complex and difficult to understand. It's better to use the original networks rather than your management window. By far, it is the best tool for attention, management, and publishing on social media. You have everything you need in a single app: content creation and auto-posting, you can schedule your content calendar and not worry about the posts.

I like the tool for benchmarking, I can compare my networks with the competition's with a simple click.

Its option for reports and statistics is the best by far. Very complete and efficient, they make the work much easier when delivering and formulating a report to management. Easy-to-understand graphs and it allows you to download them in PDF and Excel format.

Also, it always posts on time. It doesn't matter if you have internet or not. At the indicated time and date, it always delivers!
