I value this functionality greatly because we, as Community Managers, know what it's like to run out of ideas.
Then, I use the metrics panel a lot; I check my clients' online results daily, where with a simple click I have a lot of valuable information that allows me to make decisions on the fly to achieve better results with my content. Additionally, at the end of the month, I download that same information in a mega-complete report to present to my clients, and I look super professional without going crazy collecting the data on my own.
