For what you can get to pay you can activate social sprout or agorapulse which are leading solutions in the industry. The customer service is deplorable, I never recommend buying this service annually since at any time they can cancel your access without any refund. I complained about their service and what they did was block my access without returning even the proportional part of my payment. **Recommendations to others considering SocialGest:** The experience I had with them was terrible. Your service crashes, some of the crashes I ran into: Send double messages. Conversations are lost. Horrible UX. It seems cheap, but in the end they sell you additional functions that because of their quality, are not worth it and for what you pay you could have better solutions such as social sprout or agorapulse among many others. Complaining about this, they simply blocked my access, mocked, and did not issue any refunds. **What problems is SocialGest solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was assumed that the management of my social networks, however the messages did not arrive, my responses were sent double among many other problems. ### 2. I value this functionality greatly because we, as Community Managers, know what it's like to run out of ideas. Then, I use the metrics panel a lot; I check my clients' online results daily, where with a simple click I have a lot of valuable information that allows me to make decisions on the fly to achieve better results with my content. Additionally, at the end of the month, I download that same information in a mega-complete report to present to my clients, and I look super professional without going crazy collecting the data on my own. **What do you dislike about SocialGest?** At the moment, I am more than delighted with the experience I am having and there is nothing I don't like. The people behind the company are super loving, they help you clear up doubts, truly highly recommended. **What problems is SocialGest solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to generate content for my clients with simple clicks directly from the platform with the help of artificial intelligence. It saves me time since I schedule my clients' monthly calendars with batch uploads in minutes. It allows me to see performance data of my clients all together in one place and I can make decisions to improve the quality of my campaign content while they are running. But if I had to say anything it would be that you can connect most of your social media posts and analyze each post to get your insights and how that post is performing and know what your audience is liking so you can do more of that content. Something else that's different from other social media scheduler apps is that you can do pdf. forms on there and get the analytics from it that is really helpful in building documents. **What do you dislike about SocialGest?** When I first came on to the platform it asked your language, I put it in English but it kept giving me Spanish so it was hard to set up. It's like it wanted to revert to Spanish and not give me English until I came to the main platform. You have to get through the setup portion to get the language you request.... well that is what happened for me and I didn't like that. Another thing I don't like is that the whole page seems confusing and convoluted. Not very clear as to what they do or where to go. It doesn't make it easy to use. **Recommendations to others considering SocialGest:** Use the help button if you have questions but It is really hard to use when the language keeps changing. So if you don't speak Spanish and don't want to google everything then this is not for you. It is a pain in the butt to use and it drives me mad. I couldn't use this to the fullest because every time I do something it reverted to Spanish which in turn turned me off of using this. **What problems is SocialGest solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a one-stop-shop for certain things such as using multiple social media to schedule posts, get insights for keeping track of how you're doing. The best benefit is the pdf. metrics report. I haven't seen this anywhere else so having this as an option is really great being that I use a lot of pdf. forms for my clients and audience. You can also have your team on here however Im a one-woman business so I don't use that function. ### 6. Last october I told them I did not want to renew my subscription and they charged the yearly fee anyway. I talked to them, but they never refunded my money. I've also asked them to cancel my yearly subscription and delete my bank card details (the platform does not allow you to do so by yourself) but I just logged in and all my information is still there and the automatic renewal as well. Beware of Socialgest: you can never leave. **What do you dislike about SocialGest?** I dilike the fact that you cannot unsubscribe from their platform. When a user tries to do so the button leads to the chatbox and an agent talks to you trying to convince you not to leave. And all convesations lead to a dead point: user asking to have the data deleted and agent saying that they will take a look at their case. **Recommendations to others considering SocialGest:** There are many other tools on the internet like SocialGest. The UX design is very intuitive and the technical service is great - there is a built-in chat where you can contact them easilly. **What do you dislike about SocialGest?** Doesn't have integration with the social media platform "Pinterest". I also dislike the fact that Instagram posts are not automatically posted. you receive a notification at the scheduled time in Social Gest's app reminding you to post plus it imports the images/videos and the copy to Instagran (wich it's quite handy). This is a not a Social Gest's fault - Instagram doesn't allow third-party softawres to upload on their platform, so doesn't Pinterest. **Recommendations to others considering SocialGest:** I highly reccomend you use the Facebook and Instagram integrations as they work great! If you're looking for scaling your business by getting more free time to do what really matters, "to work on the business", rather than the tedious task of of posting manually on every social platform - this is the software for you. great specs at irresistible yearly pricing. I mostly love the option on SocialGest that allows you to add new team members so you have people uploading content and get a notification where you can "approve" or "deny" the post - amazing. When I lost my mobile phone, I couldn't find a way to post and maintain my networks, with Socialgest I just had to schedule them all from my computer and it solved the problem. When it's time to conduct market studies, I analyze the competition through the benchmarking option, and that way I can plan my future strategies. The automation of posts is excellent, it fulfills at the exact time without any delay, plus the autocorrect allows me to check if my posts have spelling errors before publishing them, avoiding the waste of time in editing my posts or using a dictionary. **What do you dislike about SocialGest?** There were changes in the application and it no longer automatically posts on Instagram, which is very bad for a social network in full swing. It is necessary to return to Instagram automation. Doing it by sending an SMS is tedious because it is often forgotten; it was much better before. It is not necessary to have knowledge in management and publication on social networks. You have everything you need in a single application: content creation and auto-posting, you can schedule your content calendar and not worry about the posts. I can spy on my competition thanks to this app, so I can quickly compare my networks with those of the competition. I like its reports and statistics; it is the best by far. They make my job very easy when it comes to delivering and formulating a report to management and superiors. The graphs are very understandable and allow you to download them so I can print and deliver them in physical form. **What do you dislike about SocialGest?** The plans are expensive, it's difficult for me to cover the cost of your plans with my budget. Sometimes I get an error when I try to post a video. I haven't been able to upload images and videos together in the same post. There is difficulty in seeing how the posts will look before uploading them when they are scheduled, you should fix that. The option to respond to comments and manage followers is a bit complex and difficult to understand. You have everything you need in a single app: content creation and auto-posting, you can schedule your content calendar and not worry about the posts. I like the tool for benchmarking, I can compare my networks with the competition's with a simple click. Its option for reports and statistics is the best by far. Very complete and efficient, they make the work much easier when delivering and formulating a report to management. Easy-to-understand graphs and it allows you to download them in PDF and Excel format. Also, it always posts on time. It doesn't matter if you have internet or not. At the indicated time and date, it always delivers! They offer multiple payment methods including bank account deposits, and the support solves many problems in real-time. **What do you dislike about SocialGest?** The plans are expensive, although you have a free trial for 15 days. It is difficult to upload a video for autopublishing. The free plan does not allow scheduling a carousel for autoposting. The preview when scheduling a post is very small. The window for lead management and handling is a bit complex and difficult to understand. I started using this software without prior knowledge or access to others like Hootsuite, so I can say from my own experience that it is an incredibly intuitive tool... of course, only if you have knowledge related to marketing, social networks, and computers. Also, my favorite feature is the ability to schedule posts and not have to confirm them before posting, it becomes completely automatic, making it possible to dedicate a week to scheduling the entire month and forget about it... I love it! **What do you dislike about SocialGest?** Due to the large number of features it has, it can initially be a bit overwhelming and saturating, especially if you have to manage different platforms at the same time. However, nothing that a little patience and organization can't solve. One of the things I dislike a bit is the quality of the photos once scheduled; it is not usually the most optimal and it degrades if it is a very large file. Also, inserting line breaks in the caption for Instagram posts tends to be a problem unless you copy and paste. **Recommendations to others considering SocialGest:** It is a software full of many tools for the optimal management of social networks. The publications in video to publish them in instagram. For me, there is an element that I particularly think about this tool and it is its technical support, they really solve any problem that comes up and they do it quickly, which for those of us who manage social networks is an element to be taken into account. It has different attributes or, rather, groups various characteristics that are normally observed separately. For example, applications focus on post design and management. Other applications in analysis and monitoring of statistics and reports. In socialGets we can observe everything in one place which becomes its biggest advantage. **What do you dislike about SocialGest?** I could see that their weakness is in the value of their plans which have been inconsistent both by the variation they have presented and the suddenness of those changes. It works from a simple, but very well maintained, web interface and from mobile phones with Android or iOS operating system. To start familiarizing yourself with the tool, in a limited way, you can get a free account, with which you can join with a free account. Under this modality, you will be able to manage a maximum of 1 Instagram account, and up to 3 profiles between the Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn platforms. For example, you can have two Twitter accounts, one Facebook account and your Instagram. Like most social network managers, you can see your timeline, post new posts, manage your comments and monitor what is happening with your accounts, your followers or the network in general. With the free account, you can only program 10 contents in your accounts, more than enough to get to know the power of Social Gest. Statistics are among the most powerful things in this tool. In the free version you can only see the behavior of your accounts during the last week, but once you go to the paid version, you can see your behavior from the beginning of time. The interface is very clean, intuitive and friendly. With just a few clicks you will learn to get the most out of it. In addition, when you create your account you will do some tutorials that will accompany you during your initial trip. Another remarkable thing is the attention to the user. At all times, Social Gest is ready to help you and to solve any problem you may have. Excellent people, with great knowledge and quick response. **What do you dislike about SocialGest?** I'm a Social Gest user since the beginning of 2018. The only thing that I do not like so far is that the best features, like the publication of the same post in several days, are only available in the most expensive plans. Right now I am subscribed to the Professional Plan and I do not have that valuable solution. **Recommendations to others considering SocialGest:** I recommend that, after using the free platform, they join the Professional Plan. Great analytics tools, easy to read and follow and I always love giving new products a try to see how they have adapted and built on current leaders in the space. **What do you dislike about SocialGest?** There are not many things I dislike right now about SocialGest, I am a fairly new user of the product.
