1) Customer service. They're generally quick to respond to address bugs and problems you're having with your account. They'll also follow-up to make sure the issue didn't crop up again. That takes top marks in my book.
2) For what you pay, you get quite a lot of features and options.
3) If what you need is a system that can schedule to multiple accounts with the option to customize for each account, this does precisely that. It also has a solid queue system to make it easier to schedule content for high-performance users.
4) Most of the features are fairly easy to use, including the browser extension. Once you understand what SocialBu can do, it's pretty easy.
5) It works as described pretty much all of the time. I can't recall if the system ever went down in the 2+ years I've used it.
6) The roadmap is solid and the community requests section nets meaningful results. Smaller features are likely to happen pretty quickly. More complicated ones might take a few months. But if the community wants it, they'll get it done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1) It isn't as feature rich as some of its competitors, but it's also half the price of some of its competitors. This is not a problem for me as an individual user who manages social media for a podcast as a hobby. I don't know if it would affect folks who need this system as a business solution, so do your own research.
2) The app, in my opinion, still needs a little work to iron out the kinks. It works, and it's fine, but it's not quite as smooth as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
