I also think that the wide range of features are key and essential for many of our internal projects and campaigns, and this is truly something that makes Sociabble stand out positively. I believe this is a common challenge with any new product implementation, no matter the platform, but one less positive aspect is the promptness in addressing certain product implementations - whether resolving issues that arise or considering new features we would like to see added to the platform, as for example the ability to view impressions or track deep reads on a post.
