
- Extremely helpful, and friendly customer support-- you feel genuine care when it comes to their handling of inquries, concerns, communication etc.
- Easy to use dashboard, with some cool propeitory tools (Web Optimizer, Unique IP etc.)
- No hassle integration and implementation... (nothing that's anymore tedious than the industry standard)
- Our use case is fairly heavy-- the service has showed no sign of not being able to keep up and/or failure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Ambigiouty/Mismatch between information in the dashboard vs. certain stuff you'd have to dig though the FAQ/Knowledge Base to locate. Not a major deal as at least that information is accessible somewhere... but even as a technical person making sense of it can be a little tedious
- Port restrictions, not a big deal once again for most but one that is annoying with our usecase
- Proxy statistics within the dashboard are displayed in a fairly crude manner-- would like to see more visibility (totals, averages etc.)
I think the fact that these issues are genuinely nitpicking is extremely telling... SOAX has been the best provider we've used thus far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
