What do you like best about SnapStream?

Customer support and reliability has been excellent. Whenever we have had problems (which has been seldom and more related to our DirecTV boxes) customer support has been very responsive to get our issue resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapStream?

I do not really have much to complain about regarding SnapStream. If I had to pick something, I would say the the user interface could be better. Sometimes it is hard to dig down to the settings you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I love Snapstream! I use it almost, if not daily to pull video clips for my organization."
What do you like best about SnapStream?

I like how easy it is to use. It is convenient to trim videos by seconds or frames, so I can easily shorten videos without moving to a third-party app. I also really like the auto-transcription and auto-scroll features. I also like that you can post videos to social media directly from Snapstream Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapStream?

Sometimes loading can be slow, or the platform can be glitchy, but luckily this does not happen often. Also the auto-transcribing is not always accurate, but since it's often live-recording, it's understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SnapStream?

The ease of learning for a new user is one of the most powerful aspects of this tool! We regularly add new users, and they can begin clipping videos almost immediately after logging in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapStream?

What do you like best about SnapStream?

I like that you can search captions, that it's pretty easy to navigate and is user-friendly. It's simple to learn, even if you're teaching yourself. It's a quick and easy way to pull clips to send to clients or include in a presentation. That's the best part. I also love that I can send links via email and the recipient can view the clip without needing to have an account with SnapStream. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapStream?

I dislike that it's not real accurate when searching captions. It catches some of them but not all, so I've found that it would be hugely helpful if that could get more accurate. Also, it skips whole scenes when fast-forwarding or rewinding at 3x. I do wish I could fast forward and rewind or honestly just drag a bar to do so while not missing any of the video. That is the biggest dislike because that would save SO much time when searching for something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SnapStream?

It has simulataneous transcription that is relatively accurate, which is extremely helpful for a reporter that is writing during an event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SnapStream?

If I click out of the stream that I'm listening to and and come back to it, the previously transcribed items are no longer there.

It would also be helpful if along with transcription, the audio was recorded so we could click on the transcribed words and hear the audio in order to check it against the transcription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
