
Customer support and reliability has been excellent. Whenever we have had problems (which has been seldom and more related to our DirecTV boxes) customer support has been very responsive to get our issue resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not really have much to complain about regarding SnapStream. If I had to pick something, I would say the the user interface could be better. Sometimes it is hard to dig down to the settings you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
