The main benifit of using it is that it helps is collecting all the due amount from our previous customers my sending automated messages. **What do you dislike about Smoobu?** Most of the features of this platform are designed for property rentals and it might be possible that small businesses or businesses from unique dominos doesn't get much benifit after installing it, also if all the features are not utilised properly of this latform then the subscription amount is really High and doesn't give good ROI. So, the the users needs to understand their needs properly before installing it. **What problems is Smoobu solving and how is that benefiting you?** As there are lots of our employees who visits to new places which are sponsered by our company. So, they use smoobu to find the right hotel or property where they can stay comfortably without any disturbance. It also shows all the real-time data of current bookings on their dashboard. It also saves us a lot of time for visiting our website again and again and change the prices of the properties according to market demand. **What do you dislike about Smoobu?** When they have server issues the booking constantly fails which sometimes leads to multiple booking by a single customer and it really creates chaos in the peak tourist seasons when booking rates are higher and all properties are already pre booked. Rest everything is good with this platform according to my user experience. **What problems is Smoobu solving and how is that benefiting you?** As we have a small range of flats and open properties that we use for commercial purposes but if someone has a higher number of properties and they provide renting as their main business than smoobu might not be the best tool for them as they have limited scalability and integration available due to their complex user interface. ### 4. Now I am able to connect with the guests much easily and brief them the property details. **What do you dislike about Smoobu?** According to me smoobu is mainly designed for short term bookings and if someone is looking for proper long-term renters then this tool might not be that helpful as it does not provide any feature to know brief information about the guests book through it. It simplified our activity to an unexpected degree. Double bookings became a thing of the past. Very easy to use and set up, good value for money. Great support. **What do you dislike about Smoobu?** Nothing to report, we are satisfied with the product **Recommendations to others considering Smoobu:** Before purchasing SMOOBU we tried TOKEET and checked other channel managers. My advise: Don´t believe the sales argument that plugging in many channels will increase your profits. Just be aware that airbnb and booking share among themselves 80% of the market. Those count. Smoobu is a safe choice. It has every feature that you can imagine, it is easy to use.Customer support is great. **What problems is Smoobu solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had numerous listings under numerous accounts. This created a delay in notifications and repeated errors in missed reservations and some double bookings. With SMOOBU all was 1. pulled into 1 place 2.90% of the messaging was automated 3. The one good thing about this program was the guest app it provided which was nice. **What do you dislike about Smoobu?** The customer service for this product is terrible. It is difficult to speak to anyone by phone and if you are able to finally get through it has to be during European hours so if you can't talk first thing in the morning you are out of luck. Many features on the included booking website are geared towards Europeans and cannot be fixed. For example, Sq meters instead of sq ft, the format for the date is day/month/year, the website has the word domicile as a tab which should say home but they have yet to fix, I never could get the website to work properly for direct bookings (whenever I tried certain dates it said that those dates weren't open even though they were). I also could not get PayPal to work with the booking website and when I asked customer service for help with they asked me to send them a screenshot of the problem (that's usually what they wanted for everything). Lastly, the most frustrating thing about this program is that after the free trial I decided to pay for a year upfront and now that I have discovered how much I don't like the program and want to cancel they won't give me a prorated refund. **Recommendations to others considering Smoobu:** Spend the money for a better product **What problems is Smoobu solving and how is that benefiting you?** This program has only created more problems for me and it will be a big hassle now trying to change to another program **Official Response from Maria Roldan:** > Hi Heidi, Thank-you for your review.
