What do you like best about Smoobu?

Smoobu is a completely web based platform that can easily be installed in android, windows and ios devices the software helps in sending the reminders and confirmed booking messages to our customers also it helps in listing our services to different platforms and websites. The main benifit of using it is that it helps is collecting all the due amount from our previous customers my sending automated messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smoobu?

Most of the features of this platform are designed for property rentals and it might be possible that small businesses or businesses from unique dominos doesn't get much benifit after installing it, also if all the features are not utilised properly of this latform then the subscription amount is really High and doesn't give good ROI. What problems is Smoobu solving and how is that benefiting you?

As there are lots of our employees who visits to new places which are sponsered by our company. So, they use smoobu to find the right hotel or property where they can stay comfortably without any disturbance. Also, they get a list of options from which they can select which ever rented property intrests them for the holidays. What do you like best about Smoobu?

I have lots of properties in different locations of the country and mostly it is a challenge for me to find right renters and manage the regular tasks associated with them like schedules, bookings, guest experience etc but after installing smoobu I am able to manage this challanges quite well and within minutes. What do you dislike about Smoobu?

According to me smoobu is mainly designed for short term bookings and if someone is looking for proper long-term renters then this tool might not be that helpful as it does not provide any feature to know brief information about the guests book through it. Adding some personal info related questions on this platform might help users like us to give our property on rent for a longer duration and to reliable tenants. What problems is Smoobu solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the most interesting features of smoobu is that it allows us to spike the prices of properties on the peak tourist seasons which again helps us in generating more revenues also it can get integrated with some smart tools so that the guests can get a more comforting home like experience in these properties provided by us while they are there on their vacations.
