I feel like being a Lifetime user on SmartReach AI is not rewarding because they treat us like second-class citizens. We don't get updates, and there are many updates that Lifetime users don't benefit from. It's frustrating because it just seems like they are trying to get more money out of us. The platform feels like a rip-off. I couldn't solve any problems with it. It's really complicated, and you need guidance from support to use it.
