I like that this is "an all-in-one" type platform. The analytics side is extremely thorough and detailed. You can really learn a lot about your billing/invoicing. Incredibly accurate and great at using data to streamline the process and become more efficient overall. Also, cost analysis and action plan requests come back quicker than anything we've used; usually within a few days. Lastly, dealing with customer support was a very positive experience. Cannot fault the company too much as I believe they are still in the early stages of development but at this point their mobile app is very cluttered and not very user-friendly. Things can sometimes take very long to load, especially when dealing with large lists/datasets. Overall the the Smartbill platform was difficult to get the hang of but once you get going you quickly begin to see all the benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
