The analytics side is extremely thorough and detailed. You can really learn a lot about your billing/invoicing. Incredibly accurate and great at using data to streamline the process and become more efficient overall. Also, cost analysis and action plan requests come back quicker than anything we've used; usually within a few days. Lastly, dealing with customer support was a very positive experience. They take constructive feedback very seriously and are quick and eager to assist. **What do you dislike about Smartbill?** Cannot fault the company too much as I believe they are still in the early stages of development but at this point their mobile app is very cluttered and not very user-friendly. Things can sometimes take very long to load, especially when dealing with large lists/datasets. Overall the the Smartbill platform was difficult to get the hang of but once you get going you quickly begin to see all the benefits. **What problems is Smartbill solving and how is that benefiting you?** Smartbill is doing the tedious work by analysing accounts, expenses, etc. and quickly finding minor and major areas for improvement through very detailed data analytics. They have helped us free up a significant amount of time to apply to other part of the business that allow us to focus on growth and development. ### 2. Aslo helpful to save the cost and handle bills of many employees. **What do you dislike about Smartbill?** Mobile application needs some updation and to be more user-friendly. **What problems is Smartbill solving and how is that benefiting you?** While work from home it was helpful to manage all the telecom bills of the employee and at the same time saving also is done. ### 4. I can easily intergrade my payment card and manage all payments in one single management system. **What do you dislike about Smartbill?** The only thing I dislike with smartbill is their mobile app design. Not easy to understand the navigation menue through the app. I would like to see an improvement in the navigation menue on the Mobile app. **Recommendations to others considering Smartbill:** I would advise others to learn how to use this service and incorporate into their business management system for a smooth and easy functioning. **What problems is Smartbill solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been able to solve to solve the problem of time management in handling my invoices and paying bills on time with lesser mistakes.
