Having used the tool extensively, this reviewer finds it simple and efficient, especially for ticket assignment and reporting. The only drawback is its interface, which resembles another popular project management tool.

What do you like best about smartQ?

I loved the overall carding system and how we were able to keep very organized using SmartQ. We have a lot of development work that comes in on daily basis and SmartQ was also very well organized. We could easily see what our developers were working on at any given time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about smartQ?

There were a couple down falls, you cant have different swim lanes, and it didnt assign card numbers which was a bummer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
