**What do you like best about Smart Onboarding?**

Smart OnBoarding really capitalizes on intuition and makes it very simple for first time users to understand it's features. The format is not at all jarring, which is a problem I have noticed with many other HR software. 

**What do you dislike about Smart Onboarding?**

I do not have too many complaints on the software, I am not too fond over inputting data into the analytics. I have come across many problems where the direction on what to enter was misleading, which resulted in a few graphs with incorrect data.

**Recommendations to others considering Smart Onboarding:**

In terms of the new hire process, Smart OnBoarding is a great choice. It is intuitive , fairly inexpensive, and very accessible on reveal devices 

**What problems is Smart Onboarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One issue I have come across is that HR tends to be unavailable at inconvenient times.so the fact that Smart OnBoarding is available on a myriad of devices from a desktop, to a tablet,to even something as portable as a smartphone, makes it so easy to engage in the tasks, which increases productivity tenfold.
