What do you like best about Smart Onboarding?

Smart OnBoarding really capitalizes on intuition and makes it very simple for first time users to understand it's features. The format is not at all jarring, which is a problem I have noticed with many other HR software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smart Onboarding?

I do not have too many complaints on the software, I am not too fond over inputting data into the analytics. I have come across many problems where the direction on what to enter was misleading, which resulted in a few graphs with incorrect data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
