Reports are fairly easy to run as well. **What do you dislike about Kallidus?** Lack of support front the Sapling team when we need to build something new or Integrate Sapling with another system. Very slow (over months) without any progress. Poorly engineered and designed **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Nicolas R. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2021 **What do you like best about Kallidus?** The number of integrations with external systems **What do you dislike about Kallidus?** - extremely slow interface; it's multiple seconds before a screen is rendered - poor UX, it takes a lot of time to figure out how to do things **What problems is Kallidus solving and how is that benefiting you?** HR data spread out across spreadsheets and not up to date. We now have centralized all this data. ### 4. UX is poor. Great way for the team to stay on top of everything. **What do you dislike about Kallidus?** It's not intuitive. I spend too much time (and nerves) looking for functionalities. When you log in, the main screen is completely useless! "Profile" do not gather useful informations on Employe. Logging session is too short! I need to log in 20 times per day! It's annoying! **Recommendations to others considering Kallidus:** Having just on-boarding module without HR module is pretty much useless. **What problems is Kallidus solving and how is that benefiting you?** On boarding and off boarding ### 5. Seems like a developing system, seems like issues on the backend at times **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2020 **What do you like best about Kallidus?** Its a nice system on the user side, visually appealing to the eye **What do you dislike about Kallidus?** It seems like theres issues in different places at times, An issue I see is that templates that we had been using, just disappear and are unable to be selected. **Recommendations to others considering Kallidus:** If you're growing, It would be ok to try once the issues have been ironed out. **What problems is Kallidus solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an onboarding tool, its ok sans the issues mentioned above, when the onboarding process is fast paced, you are able to get those out pretty fast. Plus theres the integration into Greenhouse. ### 6.
