6sense Sales Intelligence Pricing Overview

I have found 6Sense to be incredibly useful for monitoring large-scale campaigns across multiple regions, as well as having a full overview of the creatives and pacing of my budgets. Using the dashboard, I can review where my campaigns are most effective and adjust segments as needed such as excluding certain industries and focusing on specific demographic,s to name a few. The reporting can be a nusenance and pulls data from weeks/months that I have already filtered out and sometimes does not update daily leading to delays in budget adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a significant amount of work involved and even after three years of using the platform we are still not confident in the data or the value we are receiving. It often feels like we are not a priority as a customer. We experience slow response times from our account manager even when we are looking to spend more. Our customer service reps changed three times this year and we had a two month gap with no support at all.
