What I like most about Simply CRM is how easy it is to just pick up and use without feeling lost. Everything feels pretty straightforward, so you don’t have to spend hours figuring things out.
I also like that it keeps everything in one place contacts, tasks, follow-up so you’re not constantly switching between tools or missing things. It just makes day-to-day work feel a bit more organized and less messy.

Also, some parts of the interface can feel slightly outdated or not as polished compared to newer tools. And while it’s simple to use, customization options aren’t always as flexible as you’d want for more complex workflows.

**What do you like best about Simply CRM?**

The best thing I like about Simply CRM is that it keeps all relevant information about the customer in one place, which makes it easier for the sales and marketing team to manage leads, contacts and deals. Their interface is very simple, doesn't need much of a learning curve to get started. I also like their built-in email marketing and automation features, which help in streamlining the follow-up conversations and actions with potential prospects.

Some of their advanced analytics and reporting features should be more detailed when compared to other CRM in this space. Even though their interface is functional, it feels a bit unpolished; those need to be fine-tuned. Also, the third-party integrations should be made available for platform flexibility.

Simply CRM truly lives up to its name by providing a simple and intuitive experience, making it easy for even first-time users to get started. Their customer support is excellent, and the platform offers a wide range of features.

Even though Simply CRM is easy to use, its user interface appears outdated compared to other platforms. The customization options are also quite limited. Since I use it frequently, I’ve noticed that the mobile experience is lacking and does not scale well on smaller screens.

With other CRM systems, we often struggled to understand how to use them and found it challenging to explain their purpose to others. In contrast, Simply CRM made things much simpler for us. The user interface is clean and intuitive, without any confusing or complex structures to navigate. It is a great service to help you manage users and accounts, it allows you to have all the information stored in a centralized database with flexible and secure accessibility, this helps you to obtain all the data in one order and not have to lose no data, it offers features to integrate business processes in one place where you can check and compare the offers, packages or functions that they can offer you to improve sales, it also has an extremely well- structured interface, it's very good designed, it has very fast connectivity and is very pleasant to use.

I have had a problem configuring real-time notifications about client activities since sometimes the notification sent about the activities does not usually arrive and that established information is lost, which is a nuisance because that activity has to be asked by the customer again what it was and to be able to guarantee that it was sent, in addition, its cost is a bit high and its time of use is not adequate for which they should offer better shopping packages with more accessible prices so that more users can use it with more frequency.

This application has a problem with the interface since its connectivity through the browser is usually a bit slow, which is very outdated, which I hope can add more speed and can be used a little better. Information is collected and stored centrally which helps minimize data loss. I found the structure and layout helpful , with little training time needed to use it fully

Costs are a little high, so would better suit larger businesses with a regular stable income, the smaller business should look into costs before committing. Integration was a little complex but once it is set up, its easy to use

We are a team of 7 people in 3 departments and have synced Simply all around. The idea is to have access to the web for 3 different users and work accordingly. The email aid, campaign management and Kanban feature work smoothly and efficiently.

The notion is great and we are happy with the tool. For the cons side, we have to say that Simply must enhance its AWS model to only pay for the use etc,

I like the fact that I can manage all my users and accounts. Everything is in one place which is good. Honestly that's about it.

I don't think the UX/UI is very friendly. It's also a bit slow to load for me and this is something my other coworkers have mentioned too..

A cool software tool to align all your daily routine tasks and some exceptions as well. You can use Simply as a Call centre tool too. We believe it is a cool way to integrate all needed plugins and third party essentials.

Not sure about enterprise-level needs, but for small and mid-scale businesses, it works just superb. We've been testing Simply for a while and all we can say is A good to go and move on software.

The best thing I liked about Simply was the ability to do sales, marketing and support all in one pack. Our sales team is able to track opportunities and view sales funnel reports, Gantt charts, sales visual insight etc. The marketing team is able to create and send email forms and tag the contacts to specific target audiences as well. Creating web forms and integrating them into third party software was also simple. The support staff is able to use a ticketing system to manage all projects and assistance log in one place. Creating an opportunity was never been that easier for us so in all we realised that it's a cool combination of sales, marketing, user and project management.

There are some places where you have to click here and there just to be sure you are on that page. Also I noticed the search tab sometimes find everything but the next time you miss it if you don’t know exactly what needs to be searched, the intelligent search feature must be there to make it like a Google search box.

We are now able to keep records of contacts, contracts, prospects, projects, invoices and leads and filter them accordingly during the many sales processes and steps of the  project life cycle.

They are providing support in multiple languages so, in all, there is nothing to count on negative hands. This CRM is amazing, really helped us streamline our customers and manage business processes. We are very happy with their dashboard as we can find each and every feature onboard which is important for any customer database. You can do a lot with this as it comes for a free trial and you can assess it further. They have a superb dashboard with all options a successful CRM must-have. But yes, I feel they should offer some interactive layout meaning when you hover the mouse to any specific feature/option such as user management, or project section, it should pop out the text, etc so that it can look more classy and readable, not necessary though. My overall experience is great with Simply. I appreciate the Simply team members for their hard work and efforts to make it the easiest, simple, affordable and complete altogether.

**What do you like best about Simply CRM?**

If you don't have an in-house development staff or administrators that can manage your email accounts, this is probably the great choice for you. Our business has got many employees and this is what we use to manage them. It’s super easy to use and the transparency for all types of user roles makes it very simple and straight. The best features are the ability to manage the users and accounts and have all information stored to a centralized database with flexible accessibility. 
 

**What do you dislike about Simply CRM?**

This CRM looks pretty reliable and we have nothing to complain about. 

**Recommendations to others considering Simply CRM:**

I would suggest to try them at least for 1 month as a FREE trial. You will get everything about it and then decide if it offers the best you needed for your company. It will definitely a great way to assess Simply CRM.

**What problems is Simply CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We send countless emails on a daily basis and keep contacts in MailChimp with the list and customers. It is cool to have such a profitable CRM source that structures it all into precise and meaningful info.

**What do you like best about Simply CRM?**

It has got everything a successful CRM should have, also you will get additional features as well so in all, it’s a great going if you subscribe to it. You can really make it the way you want it to work.

**What do you dislike about Simply CRM?**

As far as the Simply negatives are concerned, we did not find any as there support is always on the go and you will get language support as well. In all, they have deep learning articles depository from where you can get a solution to each business query

**Recommendations to others considering Simply CRM:**

I recommend Simply to everyone who truly needs a great user companion. 

**What problems is Simply CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer support services are excellent and we have never ever experienced any downtime since we started using it.It solved our customer management concern and listed them in place in an organised way. So in all, it's win win for our company.
