**What do you like best about Simply CRM?**

What I like most about Simply CRM is how easy it is to just pick up and use without feeling lost. Everything feels pretty straightforward, so you don’t have to spend hours figuring things out.
I also like that it keeps everything in one place contacts, tasks, follow-up so you’re not constantly switching between tools or missing things. It just makes day-to-day work feel a bit more organized and less messy.

**What do you dislike about Simply CRM?**

Also, some parts of the interface can feel slightly outdated or not as polished compared to newer tools. And while it’s simple to use, customization options aren’t always as flexible as you’d want for more complex workflows.

**What problems is Simply CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using something like this, things are usually scattered—some data in emails, some in Excel, and some just in your head. Simply CRM fixes that by putting everything in one place, so you can see the full picture of a customer or deal without having to dig around. **What do you like best about Simply CRM?**

The best thing I like about Simply CRM is that it keeps all relevant information about the customer in one place, which makes it easier for the sales and marketing team to manage leads, contacts and deals. Their interface is very simple, doesn't need much of a learning curve to get started. I also like their built-in email marketing and automation features, which help in streamlining the follow-up conversations and actions with potential prospects.

**What do you dislike about Simply CRM?**

Some of their advanced analytics and reporting features should be more detailed when compared to other CRM in this space. Even though their interface is functional, it feels a bit unpolished; those need to be fine-tuned. Also, the third-party integrations should be made available for platform flexibility.

**What problems is Simply CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simply CRM solves the problem of organising our sales pipelines, from tracking customer interactions to automating communications with prospects. It also reduces the manual work for our sales team by retaining all the contacts and lead activity in a centralised location. This platform overall helps in improving the sales and marketing activities, such as follow-ups, lead tracking and overall visibility.

**What do you like best about Simply CRM?**

Simply CRM truly lives up to its name by providing a simple and intuitive experience, making it easy for even first-time users to get started. Their customer support is excellent, and the platform offers a wide range of features.

**What do you dislike about Simply CRM?**

Even though Simply CRM is easy to use, its user interface appears outdated compared to other platforms. The customization options are also quite limited. Since I use it frequently, I’ve noticed that the mobile experience is lacking and does not scale well on smaller screens.

**What problems is Simply CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With other CRM systems, we often struggled to understand how to use them and found it challenging to explain their purpose to others. In contrast, Simply CRM made things much simpler for us. The user interface is clean and intuitive, without any confusing or complex structures to navigate. Setting up workflows and automation is straightforward, and the API documentation is clear, which has made integration much easier for us.

Initially I faced the issue of lagging while using the app, other than that this app serves its purpose wonderfully.
