The platform lets businesses and individuals sign documents with legally binding qualified electronic signatures (QES) - equivalent to handwritten signatures across the EU - entirely remotely, with video identity verification and no hardware token. Teams use Simplifi to send documents for signature, run multi-party signing flows, manage reusable templates, and automate contract workflows. Developers can integrate qualified signatures into their own products via the Simplifi Platform API (REST, OAuth2, OpenAPI 3.1) at no extra API cost. Simplifi holds ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications and serves HR, legal, finance, and sales teams in Romania and across the EU. ## Simplifi Reviews ### 1. I’ve used both token-based digital signatures and cloud-based ones. I don’t like token-based options because I have to carry the token with me, which is a burden. The cloud-based solution I used before Simplifi had a worse user experience for me, and it relied on its own phone app to authenticate codes. Simplifi uses Google Authenticator, so that’s one less app I need. The process is fast, and the user interface is very friendly and intuitive. The price is insanely competitive. I’ve had one issue so far; I contacted support and it was solved in less than 5 minutes. **What do you dislike about Simplifi?** It would be really helpful to have a feature on the dashboard that shows the most recent documents I’ve signed, so I don’t have to go searching for them. Also, how cool would it be to have an integration with email clients where, if you receive an email with a document requesting a signature, you could simply forward it to Simplifi and the app would sign it and send it back to the original sender? **What problems is Simplifi solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I already mentioned: (1) I don’t need to carry a token, and (2) I don’t need a separate app—other than Google Authenticator, which I already use for several other cases.
