I really value SilverTech for their 24/7 support, which is crucial for our 24/7 365 organization. It's a huge benefit to have a media agency like SilverTech always on standby. They helped redesign our website, improving the user experience and making the 'front door' of our business much more customer-focused. Our click rates have dramatically reduced. I appreciate their backend development, coding, customization, and design services. Our assigned CMS, Rob Pallardy, has been an essential asset, providing excellent support. SilverTech's client management is professional and enjoyable. I feel prioritized like a client of one, with emails always answered promptly. It’s genuinely hard to find anything to dislike about SilverTech. Our partnership has been strong and positive for years. If anything, the only challenge is that I wish Kentico could be their exclusive vendor. They work with multiple platforms to best serve their clients, which I fully respect—but their expertise and alignment with Kentico are so strong that I’d love to see even more collaboration between us.
