They know what they're doing, and since they have multiple Sitefinity clients, they've seen and been through it all. We tend to get hit with a lot of abusive bot traffic, and they're great at blocking that for us! Also, there have been times where we're doing things by the book in terms of following coding examples provided by Progress, but Anoop still finds better ways to do things and helps Progress themselves find better ways to do things. Silvertech has been our vendor for hosting Sitefinity within Azure and were instrumental in setting up our cloud infrastructure in 2020 and getting our new site off the ground. We have our own developers but work closely with Anoop, and rely on is inside knowledge of Sitefinity to give us pointers, as well as figure out where we could do things more efficiently or troubleshoot our code. They are great at responding to email follow up and keeping on task. We have been using them for over 5 years. They have great communication. We have a dedicated Project Manager: who speaks clearly and responds quickly. We have a standard retainer and for large projects we scope out work. What really stands out about SilverTech is the incredible resilience of their team, like Chad and Anoop, in finding solutions for issues left from our previous vendor. They've been amazing to work with in resolving problems, which includes providing better access and visuals to our websites, along with fixing widgets and connectors for the first time in years. I appreciate their backend development, coding, customization, and design services. Our assigned CMS, Rob Pallardy, has been an essential asset, providing excellent support.
