They are great at responding to email follow up and keeping on task. We have been using them for over 5 years. They have great communication. We have a dedicated Project Manager: who speaks clearly and responds quickly. We have a standard retainer and for large projects we scope out work. They are able to get back to us in a couple of days for expected costs.
