It’s fast and loads quickly. I haven’t noticed any lag in the portal, and it’s easy to manage overall. When we upload files, there’s no delay and no errors. With other portals, I’ve run into problems uploading files or bills, but in Webexpense it isn’t like that—the whole process feels smooth and quick.
Another thing I like is that we can file multiple claims and submit them all at once, which is really convenient when we need to send several claims together. The application is also very good; it’s handy to file or approve a claim on the go without having to open a laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main area that needs improvement is the mobile web portal. I believe it isn’t well optimized, especially when I need to check the status of a claim. On the mobile web portal, the alignment and overall layout don’t look as optimized as they should be, and it makes the process harder than necessary. It needs some changes so users can easily check claim status without any hassle. The website should be optimized for more compact mobile phones as well, such as the iPhone base models with a 6.3-inch screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
