Webexpenses doesn't integrate with Xero very well, requiring manual exports and imports which are easy to mess up. It also doesn't store the information directly in Xero, which adds time and expense. The integration between the app and the website is tricky. Additionally, it is super expensive. I found the setup difficult as it's very manual and slow to use. It is easy for people to get the GST treatment or account code wrong and very hard to fix.
