The solution is scalable to thousands of employees, even for complex cases. It takes more than 20 factors into account, for example levels of qualifications of your employees, availabilities and even your machine utilization. shyftplan's powerful AI calculates the correlation between the factors and suggests the ideal shift schedule. This makes shift planning transparent, fair and very time efficient for your team. ## shyftplan Reviews ### 1. You just have to know how! **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2023 **What do you like best about shyftplan?** Shyftplan offers a variety of settings (filters) so that you can display numerous evaluations, shift plan views, etc. The employee app for smartphones is super easy to use and offers, in addition to 'the shift plan in your pocket', the ability to submit vacation requests, illnesses, etc. on the go at short notice. Shyftplan also offers AI-driven deployment planning, where pre-configured employees (qualifications, etc.) are automatically distributed to a predetermined shift plan. Unfilled or translated shifts are highlighted in color. In advance, as a user (planner), you are very well instructed through on-site training and concentrated knowledge. **What do you dislike about shyftplan?** The various settings (filters) seem overwhelming at first. Certainly, one will have to refer back to the training materials (provided by Shyftplan) several times afterwards to obtain certain views or similar. Over time, however, one learns to implement them purposefully to obtain the desired view, for example. **What problems is shyftplan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shyftplan offers the possibility to plan shift schedules well in advance. In case of changes, the system asks whether the change should be applied to the already planned shifts, allowing multiple edits of different plans to be avoided. ### 2. As we grew and professionalized our processes with Personio, we naturally wanted to integrate Shyftplan as well. Unfortunately, this was only possible in the Enterprise Plan (too expensive for us) and with a minimum purchase quantity. We would have paid about 500 EUR for Shyftplan and 650 EUR for Personio. This is too expensive for a company with 50 employees like ours. Unfortunately, Shyftplan was also not accommodating. So really only suitable for paying Enterprise customers. **What problems is shyftplan solving and how is that benefiting you?** We operate a café and have various part-time employees whom we need to schedule in shifts. Capacity planning of a shift and demand management. Management of absence notes, employee presence time correction in the system (linked to Hr systems). User friendly cloud based solution. **What do you dislike about shyftplan?** Still to discover if all requirements can be fit. A workaround is always available. **What problems is shyftplan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aggregate all information in one place. ### 4.
