Shyftplan offers a variety of settings (filters) so that you can display numerous evaluations, shift plan views, etc. The employee app for smartphones is super easy to use and offers, in addition to 'the shift plan in your pocket', the ability to submit vacation requests, illnesses, etc. on the go at short notice. Shyftplan also offers AI-driven deployment planning, where pre-configured employees (qualifications, etc.) are automatically distributed to a predetermined shift plan. Unfilled or translated shifts are highlighted in color. In advance, as a user (planner), you are very well instructed through on-site training and concentrated knowledge. The various settings (filters) seem overwhelming at first. Certainly, one will have to refer back to the training materials (provided by Shyftplan) several times afterwards to obtain certain views or similar. We started with Shyftplan three years ago. As we grew and professionalized our processes with Personio, we naturally wanted to integrate Shyftplan as well. Unfortunately, this was only possible in the Enterprise Plan (too expensive for us) and with a minimum purchase quantity. We would have paid about 500 EUR for Shyftplan and 650 EUR for Personio. This is too expensive for a company with 50 employees like ours. Unfortunately, Shyftplan was also not accommodating. So really only suitable for paying Enterprise customers.
