I appreciate their support; Shipway has a great support team. It's a very good platform with great offerings, especially in terms of rate. The initial setup was very easy, which I liked a lot. **What do you dislike about Shipway?** Everything is good, but NDR calling can be improved. More connected calls should be there. **What problems is Shipway solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Shipway for my shipping as it reduces RTO. ### 2. Pretty simple to use and integration was seamless too.
