**What do you like best about Shipway?**

I use Shipway for my shipping needs because it reduces RTO, which is very beneficial. I appreciate their support; Shipway has a great support team. It's a very good platform with great offerings, especially in terms of rate. The initial setup was very easy, which I liked a lot.

**What do you dislike about Shipway?**

Everything is good, but NDR calling can be improved. More connected calls should be there.

**What problems is Shipway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Shipway for my shipping as it reduces RTO.

**What do you like best about Shipway?**

We are a small startup and for all our shipping shipway has provided by far the best rates and wherever we lack the team comes to rescue rather than raising tickets for every single thing. 
Pretty simple to use and integration was seamless too.
Our current KAM is Aparna and so far everything is aligned with her.

**What do you dislike about Shipway?**

Frequently changing of KAMs and not updating client about the same.

**What problems is Shipway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Covering all the pincodes as shipway acts as a courier aggregator giving me best rates and maximum reach.
