# Which e-commerce fraud protection software is most trusted by financial institutions based on user reviews?

For this one, I focused on financial services users and the trust signals that matter most in fraud workflows: identity confidence, false-positive control, investigation context, and support.

A few patterns from the G2 Grid report for E-commerce Fraud Protection caught my attention.

For device and account risk:

My read is that fewer false positives tends to matter most day to day, just because that's the thing analysts feel constantly, every legitimate customer they accidentally block chips away at trust in the system a little more than a missed fraud case does. Explainable signals matter almost as much, but mostly because they're what let an analyst act on a flag quickly instead of second-guessing it, so the two end up reinforcing each other rather than competing for the top spot.
