**What do you like best about Shipup?**

We love how ShipUp allows us to take our customer service up a notch. We can keep an eye on packages with delivery issues which has been especially helpful during COVID times when packages are delayed or lost. We also love how it gives us more detail about the package status and whereabouts than the tracking available directly through UPS or USPS.

**What do you dislike about Shipup?**

I wish there was a way to pay for components of ShipUp's service in a more piecemeal way. We don't use all parts of it and so we feel like we are paying for a lot of stuff we don't use.

**What problems is Shipup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During COVID times packages have been delayed or lost a lost more than they were before. ShipUp gives us more detail about the package status and whereabouts than the tracking available directly through UPS or USPS which is helpful in figuring out how to handle specific customer situations.

**What do you like best about Shipup?**

It helps to bring information to our consumers that we are not able to bring by ourselves. The consumer experience is way better now, they are not questioning themselves (or our customer service). Thanks to ShipUp, our customers are glad to have the right information at the right time.

**What do you dislike about Shipup?**

We are not able to connect with all our carriers, maybe because it's small companies. It means only part of our customers have information thanks to ShipUp

**What problems is Shipup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to ShipUp, we have less email or call to the customer service regarding delivery timing. We don't lose time for this. And the customer feel that we care to give him/her the right information (they don't feel lost about it)

**What do you like best about Shipup?**

It supplies customers with detailed tracking information that appear as coming from the brand. It replaces a human as someone who guides the client from the purchase to receiving the order. 
Also it serves as a customer success measurement tool ; in a subtle way with the thumb up/thumb down feature.

**What do you dislike about Shipup?**

The only minor suggestion I might have is the ability to have alert that tell you - as a ecommerce manager - when there are packages which are late ; to maybe send personal messages and get ahead of troubles.

**What problems is Shipup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we learned about Shipup we had a small customer service team and about 50% of the requests were related to shipping. 
When we introduced Shipup, we really experienced a decrease in these requests and it helped us a great deal.

**What do you like best about Shipup?**

The ease of use and synchronization with Shopify in our specific case. The ability to customize the tracking pages (desktop and mobile) even though the latter is limited. The Chrome extension tool which is convenient for having simplified tracking of our customers from our emails.

**What do you dislike about Shipup?**

As an area for improvement, there could be the possibility of having more modern, less crude tracking page designs (rounded corners or angles, for example), a single responsive tracking page without needing to have two tracking pages created with different widgets or "copy/paste".

It would be interesting to develop, like Sendcloud, the ability to edit shipping labels and thus have a complete process from order preparation, shipping, and tracking/customer notification upon delivery to the return portal.

**Recommendations to others considering Shipup:**

If you want to find a solution that allows you to save time managing your clients for delivery tracking, trust Shipup, simple, fast, and effective!

We limit customer contact regarding delivery tracking, reassuring them with the Shipup tool which is proactive towards them; they are no longer waiting but receiving email notifications when an update is made.

Maybe the fact that there is no staging environment to really test the solution

Problems: 
- Too much time spent by the customer service answering customers about their order status
- Too many customers unsatisfied by the tracking availability
- Lack of follow-up by delivery companies

Benefits:
- Less time spent to deal with customers requests
- Better relationship between the brand and the customers

**What do you like best about Shipup?**

We installed Shipup because our customer support received too many inquiries about package tracking. Since then, the number of requests is close to 0!
We added a feedback form in the last notification, to be sure that the delivery went as planned.
The result is that our customers take advantage of this opportunity to tell us that they love being updated in real-time about the delivery of their package!

**What do you dislike about Shipup?**

That some additional features (that would make the solution really complete) are missing. But it seams that they are being added following several customer requests.

**What do you like best about Shipup?**

The support team has been very accommodating to our needs. We have seen a reduction in the number of support tickets related to where is the order.

**What do you dislike about Shipup?**

It is a bit expensive but we are looking for ways to offset the cost with ads in the emails and tracking page.

**What problems is Shipup solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers were always asking where their order was. Now that this is clear (thanks to ShipUp) the number of customers asking this question has reduced dramatically.

**What do you like best about Shipup?**

Easy to use and overall intuitive.  This allows us to harmonize our customer notification system on a multi-site and multi-brand system and this reflects on our NPS group.

**What do you dislike about Shipup?**

We lose internal control of notifications. 

The liquid language, although rather simple and intuitive, is not always easy to use, especially in cases of complex formulas.

We are improving a lot the customer satisfaction and the benefits is clearly on this point. We have also decrease our WISMO (Where Is My Order) so we can reallocate our customer service resources to proactive dispute management.

**What do you like best about Shipup?**

ShipUp is a cool tool to help my customers have information about their deliveries. The team is very fast to reply and they always find a solution. They always have new projects and the solution is getting better and better. I am globally pleased with ShipUp.

**What do you dislike about Shipup?**

I think ShipUp could improve the Prestashop connector so that merchants can set up filters on order themselves. Currently, I have to write to the support. It's a very small inconvenient.

My clients know more about their deliveries. They do not contact my customer service to have basic information.

I like the fact that this tool helps us to allow our customers to have a clear follow-up on their delivery. The tool also allows us to collect important customer feedback for us

The customer service is not really involved when we encounter problems. Follow-up can be improved.

**What do you like best about Shipup?**

The user interface is pleasant (pretty and ergonomic). The team is friendly and responsive in case of a problem. Prices have not increased over time, unlike other online services (example Trustpilot).

**What do you dislike about Shipup?**

We have nothing to report. Except possibly that 1200 € per year for something that runs on its own might be a lot, but the email sending is included, so it's reasonable.

**Recommendations to others considering Shipup:**

We are satisfied and everything is running smoothly without needing to revisit it. It's been some time already, let's see if other competitors have appeared on the market.

Shipup has allowed us to improve the user experience following orders placed on our site. We can have control over the information sent or not and have visibility on the information received by the customer.

**What do you like best about Shipup?**

On the company's side, I like the ergonomy and the ease of use. On the client's side, I like the clarity of the follow-up. Since we work with Shipup, we have less messages from our clients.

**What do you dislike about Shipup?**

You can only improve the emails follow-up. I would need to have more statistics about the emails.

It is very easy to use. The people are super helpful in getting us what we needed and help that we needed. We use this with Netuiste.

It is very customizable, however, at the very same time very limiting. There are a lot of things that we wish we could do with it but we can't because of how locked it is.

We are basically sending out this notificaiton so customers stop calling us and asking us where their packages are. It takes out an extra step for us.

The platform for clients, the templates are easy to customize as well as the wording. The support service is also very efficient for deployment and follow-up.

I rarely use dashboards to rate carriers. But everything works correctly.
