What do you like best about Shipup?

We love how ShipUp allows us to take our customer service up a notch. We can keep an eye on packages with delivery issues which has been especially helpful during COVID times when packages are delayed or lost. We also love how it gives us more detail about the package status and whereabouts than the tracking available directly through UPS or USPS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shipup?

I wish there was a way to pay for components of ShipUp's service in a more piecemeal way. We don't use all parts of it and so we feel like we are paying for a lot of stuff we don't use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Shipup?

It helps to bring information to our consumers that we are not able to bring by ourselves. The consumer experience is way better now, they are not questioning themselves (or our customer service). What do you like best about Shipup?

It supplies customers with detailed tracking information that appear as coming from the brand. It replaces a human as someone who guides the client from the purchase to receiving the order.

What do you like best about Shipup?

The ease of use and synchronization with Shopify in our specific case. The ability to customize the tracking pages (desktop and mobile) even though the latter is limited. The Chrome extension tool which is convenient for having simplified tracking of our customers from our emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shipup?

As an area for improvement, there could be the possibility of having more modern, less crude tracking page designs (rounded corners or angles, for example), a single responsive tracking page without needing to have two tracking pages created with different widgets or "copy/paste".

It would be interesting to develop, like Sendcloud, the ability to edit shipping labels and thus have a complete process from order preparation, shipping, and tracking/customer notification upon delivery to the return portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Shipup?

We installed Shipup because our customer support received too many inquiries about package tracking. Since then, the number of requests is close to 0!

We added a feedback form in the last notification, to be sure that the delivery went as planned.

The result is that our customers take advantage of this opportunity to tell us that they love being updated in real-time about the delivery of their package! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shipup?

That some additional features (that would make the solution really complete) are missing. But it seams that they are being added following several customer requests.

What do you like best about Shipup?

ShipUp is a cool tool to help my customers have information about their deliveries. The team is very fast to reply and they always find a solution.
