**What do you like best about Shifton?**

It suits my needs, has a fair price, and the support is impressively quick.

**What do you dislike about Shifton?**

Setting up projects and positions can be a bit tricky at first, but with a bit of time and focus, it becomes clear.

**What problems is Shifton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the challenge of managing staff schedules for several venues, simplifies shift planning, and streamlines the reporting process.

**What do you like best about Shifton?**

I really appreciate the responsiveness of the support team and how easy it was for me to connect with them. They were able to quickly take on some development work to meet our needs, which made the whole experience very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Shifton?**

Up to now, I have not experienced any poor service from them.

**What problems is Shifton solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to save money when sending technicians to sites, and we can also be confident that the technician was actually at the site thanks to the geo-location tracking feature.
