Our team already uses Slack for team communication but have relied on mix and match (manual) solutions for handling sales and support requests that come in via email. Once we found SharedInbox, we could streamline our internal workflow and external communication through the Slack interface we were already comfortable with. I love that we can have an internal threaded discussion about a particular email in one place instead of getting on the phone or sending internal emails referencing another. It keeps things in one place and provides a simple but elegant solution to a pain point our company was having. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few extras that would be nice to have in the app. Being able to assign or task an email to a user would be helpful as our team grows. Also having more integrations to third-party tools that we use will help streamline our business even more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
