What do you like best about Phyllo?

Phyllo significantly simplifies our data management for Instagram and TikTok at Jupiter. It handles the frequent changes and updates from Meta efficiently, saving us the hassle of maintaining multiple data APIs ourselves.

What do you dislike about Phyllo?

The API documentation and offerings are not very structured. Phyllo would perform much better if the offerings were clearly highlighted somewhere and there was clear communication of the prices of those offerings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Phyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Phyllo is solving the problem of managing and integrating data from multiple social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok. By handling the frequent API changes from Meta, Phyllo ensures that our data pipelines remain stable and up-to-date. What do you like best about Phyllo?

What do you like best about Phyllo?

Accessing creator's data is easy with phyllo, allowing us to build features on that data to help creators quickly. Building our own custom integration with each social platform would be painful - with phyllo we get an out of the box solution that has an easy to use flow that creators can trust. What do you dislike about Phyllo?

The permissions required for a YouTube creator to authenticate w/ phyllo are very daunting and have scared off some of our users in the past, specifically with the wording that Karat/Phyllo can "delete" videos/channel resources. I'm not sure if there is a way around this given how youtube's API works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Phyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Phyllo helps us get an insight into our creators' growth. It helps to see if they are growing their channel and if they are increasing in engagement. "Amazing support and communication!"

What do you like best about Phyllo?

Dealing with third party APIs (especially meta) has always been an extremely frustrating, time consuming, and inconsistent process. Phyllo completely streamlined this for us and made it a breeze! They've always been extremely responsive to all our questions and concerns and it's been a super positive experience working with them so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Phyllo?

Most of the negative experiences we've had with Phyllo have ultimately been out of their control and on the end of of the third party APIs (especially meta again!). I wish they could provide better feedback and error handling for users during the oAuth flow but unfortunately this is again at the fault of the third parties more than Phyllo. What do you like best about Phyllo?

I like their product very much, their APIs and SDK have helped us build a very important feature in our web app at Passionfroot.

Docs are very friendly, the team is always ready to help us ship faster and unblock us if we are confused at any stage.
