It handles the frequent changes and updates from Meta efficiently, saving us the hassle of maintaining multiple data APIs ourselves. The platform is user-friendly and provides reliable data integration, making it an essential tool for our data needs. **What do you dislike about Phyllo?** The API documentation and offerings are not very structured. Phyllo would perform much better if the offerings were clearly highlighted somewhere and there was clear communication of the prices of those offerings. **What problems is Phyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Phyllo is solving the problem of managing and integrating data from multiple social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok. By handling the frequent API changes from Meta, Phyllo ensures that our data pipelines remain stable and up-to-date. This allows us to focus on analyzing the data rather than dealing with technical challenges, ultimately improving our efficiency and the quality of insights we derive from social media analytics. ### 2. We were able to see all performance metrics from a single dashboard without asking the influence to share data again and again. **What do you dislike about Phyllo?** Numbers seem to be vanity metrics. Actual results might go differently and rather than tracking each influencer's performance, each campaign's performance is more important. **What problems is Phyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Phyllo we can get an influencer's data from different social media platforms from a single API. Building our own custom integration with each social platform would be painful - with phyllo we get an out of the box solution that has an easy to use flow that creators can trust. **What do you dislike about Phyllo?** The permissions required for a YouTube creator to authenticate w/ phyllo are very daunting and have scared off some of our users in the past, specifically with the wording that Karat/Phyllo can "delete" videos/channel resources. I'm not sure if there is a way around this given how youtube's API works. **What problems is Phyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Phyllo helps us get an insight into our creators' growth. It helps to see if they are growing their channel and if they are increasing in engagement. We see potential in having a more concret financial view into their channels as well via ad revenue on youtube or patreon subscriber growth for example. ### 4. Phyllo completely streamlined this for us and made it a breeze! They've always been extremely responsive to all our questions and concerns and it's been a super positive experience working with them so far! **What do you dislike about Phyllo?** Most of the negative experiences we've had with Phyllo have ultimately been out of their control and on the end of of the third party APIs (especially meta again!). I wish they could provide better feedback and error handling for users during the oAuth flow but unfortunately this is again at the fault of the third parties more than Phyllo. **What problems is Phyllo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dealing with multiple third party APIs and oAuth flows and consolidating user and post data. They also regularly query user's profiles and posts and send us webhook notifications to save us time and resources. ### 5.
