The integration process is seamless and straightforward.It may not have all the collaboration features. But I believe you get what you pay. **What do you dislike about Box.com Amped?** The software does offer collaboration features it lacks project management tools. **What problems is Box.com Amped solving and how is that benefiting you?** This makes it incredibly easy for our team to collaborate and share files.MY business has benefited in ways of improvements. ### 2. Box is a great option as a repository of files that you want to either store or share with others. **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2023 **What do you like best about Box.com Amped?** As a free option, it provides with 10gb of space as opposed to other cloud based storage sites. you can create folders and documents and save for as long as you need to. you can easily create a link to share with others. there are apps withing the box environment that allows you open MS files, or connect to google drive **What do you dislike about Box.com Amped?** One of the things that really bugs me is the ongoing bug where even though I delete files permanently, BOX does not seem to recognize I free space. I am always close to been out of space no matter what I do. Since I am cleaning out files on a regular basis I don't run out of space but Box always tells me i am running out and that I should could consider upgrading. **What problems is Box.com Amped solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives me enough space to collaborate with third party team members. ### 3. This new tool is great for connexcting any salesforce record to any box.com folder. **What do you dislike about Box.com Amped?** The software sometimes crashes and asks me to start the process all over again, which can be a bit annoying. Also, to search for something in box, you need to put exactly what you are looking for, which can be a difficult ordeal. **What problems is Box.com Amped solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using the software to save and share large files. I like the flexibility of using it multiple devices like your phone, tablet etc. ### 4. It makes it convince and I'm even able to back up my desktop through BOX. **What do you dislike about Box.com Amped?** I have trouble finding anything specific in BOX. The search function requires me to know exactly what I'm looking for and when I'm added to other peoples folders there's no way for me to rename or reorganize folder just in my BOX view, in a way that is more logical to me. **What problems is Box.com Amped solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's much easier to make sure a group of people always has the most recent version of a file. It helps to mitigate people from keeping files on their local machine where others only have access to an old version. ### 7. Box as a file server structure makes is very very easy to store, manage and share files without the need to be connected to an internal server which often causes significant issues with downloading and sharing files. **What do you dislike about Box.com Amped?** I have note experienced anything negative thus far, the integration is simple and seamless. However, sometimes the back button to retrace steps to get to a specific location seems a bit odd. It would be nice to have a consistent breadcrumb navigation. **What problems is Box.com Amped solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to this solution, it was difficult for my team to organize and share documents. Often, tactics and accounts would not be linked to supporting docs and files. Working in a HIPPA compliant environment, the folder structure and security allows us to share sensitive material in a secure location. ### 8. With extensive features, it has taken a lot of time to implement all of the functions. **What problems is Box.com Amped solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are still discovering the extend to which Box can be an asset to the organization by providing us with collaboration internally and externally. ### 9. That said, Basecamp is better organized and allows for the same functionality.
