So many automations are missing. Can't trigger based on Contact information
Naming scheme of things are just silly. Drip Campaigns? You mean workflows? Drip Triggers? A TRIGGER?? You also have to use a "drip trigger" to kick off a "drip campaign". Why? This just makes automations messy.
Their UI is straight from the 90s internet.
As an integrator that has worked with multiple CRMs, I would never recommend Service Minder to any client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
