From generating a lead, nurturing, scheduling service, dispatching service, proposals, estimates, invoices, follow up marketing. This software has made overseeing my 60 franchise locations easy and the price is a fraction of the competitors. **What do you dislike about ServiceMinder?** I have seen better looking software but, with that I noticed they remove functionality. You can find more simple software but, it won't have nearly the functionality of serviceminder **Recommendations to others considering ServiceMinder:** Make sure other software has the usability of service minder. I have seen prettier and better presentations but, not all the options and ways to use serviceminder.
