I am the service dispatcher for One Degree. I like the seamless system for tracking all work done on each piece of equipment and easily reference previous work and recommended work for each job site and piece of equipment within the job site. I also like the way the schedule is easy to manage from one screen for the entire company. I can see at a glance how each technician's schedule is looking for upcoming days and am able to easily add recurring events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The part I dislike MOST about Service Box is that the browser's back buttons don't work. If you are in a work order or quote and want to go back to the previous page, you have to click back to the main page for the company then select the tab you want to go to, then scroll down and find the quote or work order I need to reference, even if it was the last page I was working on.
