I get what IT like this product. But guys, you don't understand what parents need. The last thing we need is communication fragmentation to yet another communication platform which won't support email forwarding. This is just plain egregiously wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am frustrated by the inability to forward messages to email, which means I can't share school communications with my partner, or my kids; nor can I manage and prioritise messages as I would with email.

I am, further, appalled by the dismissive attitude of SEQTA's Helpdesk.

Please remember folks, your customers are ultimately the parents at the school. Do address the needs of IT support, the teachers and the admin, but remember that if the parents don't like it, we'll push back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From an IT perspective Seqta allows us to give access to teachers to the majority of the data they need each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
