**What do you like best about SEQTA?**

I get what IT like this product. But guys, you don't understand what parents need. The last thing we need is communication fragmentation to yet another communication platform which won't support email forwarding. This is just plain egregiously wrong.

**What do you dislike about SEQTA?**

I am frustrated by the inability to forward messages to email, which means I can't share school communications with my partner, or my kids; nor can I manage and prioritise messages as I would with email.

I am, further, appalled by the dismissive attitude of SEQTA's Helpdesk.

Please remember folks, your customers are ultimately the parents at the school. Do address the needs of IT support, the teachers and the admin, but remember that if the parents don't like it, we'll push back.

**What problems is SEQTA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a parent, I can see what you are trying to do. But there's no benefit for parents, you are just fragmenting communication channels.

**What do you like best about SEQTA?**

From an IT perspective Seqta allows us to give access to teachers to the majority of the data they need each day.

**What do you dislike about SEQTA?**

Seqta can be a bit rigid in its configuration, which makes customisation a little harder.

**Recommendations to others considering SEQTA:**

Seqta is definitely a great product, and worth using. The biggest caveat is that to get the most benefit you need to get all your teachers on board - and make sure that there is a required minimum level of engagement.

**What problems is SEQTA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seqta has allowed us to distribute timetables, class lists, programmes and reporting to teachers, students and parents all in one package. It really is a game changer for the community and is getting better all the time.
