**What do you like best about SenEarthCo?**

I like the variety of things that can be done from the SEC software.

**What do you dislike about SenEarthCo?**

I'm not too fond of some of the maintenance categories being so general. I also dislike not being able to select who is the recipient for the responses to correspondence or maintenance requests.

**What problems is SenEarthCo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With SEC we solve the problem of looking for information in multiple places. One of the major benefits is being able to send important information to all residents by using the broadcast system. Other benefits include posting newsletters, board meeting minutes, association financials, and sending violation letters from the system.
