
1. Weekly meetings to discuss in detail what went right and what we can improve on with the brand. (good reports to support the discussion)
2. Daily status updates on the pending tasks on their end
3. New product launch support from start to finish
Those are my top 3 and I especially like how they always want to "experiment" with different KW strategies and PPC campaigns. I gotta be honest here there were times that I lost money or just breakeven for a month cause of certain strategies we did but it paid off in the end cause once we "weeded out" what didn't work for our brand and optimized those that did.
