What problems is Seller Interactive solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was skeptical at first, but now looking back after working with them for more than a year, I can confidently say that I couldn't have made a better choice. And mind you, I must have had at least ten different pitches from other agencies. What stood out to me at that time was that they offered to give my money back if I was not completely satisfied with their work after one month. No contracts that will "lock" you in for a year. Plus (pro tip, you're welcome), tell them that you were referred to by an existing client. I got offered additional services for free for one month. I got them to start with listing optimization first cause that's the part where I needed help with the most and PPC but I ended up getting additional support for back-end account health monitoring and supply chain support. This was still during the pandemic so if you were like me back then you'd know how important it is to be able to plan for replenishments accurately cause of the restock limits being imposed. They were able to turn my IPI score around from 400 to 450 after 6 weeks which is a huge plus cause I got to send in more inventory rather than waiting for space to be available all the time.
I am working with them with full account management now, meaning they do all the work to ensure my products are selling on the first page and give me recommendations on what could be a better option for underperforming products. It took some time for me to completely let them do this and I still have someone on my internal team communicate with them to ensure nothing falls off the cracks but if ever we get a 911 emergency on our listing, there's someone on their side to get into a meeting with through Slack or Google Meet to quickly resolve the issue.
