It also offers me a great reporting tool, so I can update my clients on progress at any given moment. **What do you dislike about Searchsoftware?** I think the user interface and some of the reports look a bit clunky. I would appreciate an AI interface, connecting conversations and report writing functionalities, as well as a better function to keep track of business development activities. **What problems is Searchsoftware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Searchsoftware is essential in my work as an executive search leader working at the top of the house. Keeping track of engagements, candidates and contacts is crucial to my business, I could not run it without this tool.
