Searchsoftware is recruitment software that combines ATS, recruitment CRM, AI sourcing, candidate matching and workflow automation in one platform. The software helps recruiters and executive search firms manage candidates, clients, vacancies and communication workflows more efficiently. Features include AI-powered sourcing and matching, Boolean and natural language search, CV parsing, workflow automation, KPI dashboards and integrations with tools such as WhatsApp and Slack.

**What do you like best about Searchsoftware?**

Very straightforward and efficient in use; the drag-and-drop functions save me considerable time. It also offers me a great reporting tool, so I can update my clients on progress at any given moment.

**What do you dislike about Searchsoftware?**

I think the user interface and some of the reports look a bit clunky. I would appreciate an AI interface, connecting conversations and report writing functionalities, as well as a better function to keep track of business development activities.

**What problems is Searchsoftware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Searchsoftware is essential in my work as an executive search leader working at the top of the house. Keeping track of engagements,  candidates and contacts is crucial to my business, I could not run it without this tool. Creating reports manually takes ages, with Searchsoftware I have my client report ready in a couple of clicks.
