&lt;p&gt;Cortavo’s bundled model is interesting because reducing complexity often means reducing the number of decisions and handoffs the internal team has to coordinate. Magna5’s done-for-you approach tackles the same problem from another angle. I’d measure success by how much operational ownership remains after handoff. What did teams genuinely stop having to manage themselves?&lt;/p&gt;
