The product itself is solid. Dashboard is clean and well-designed, the API returns full response text with citation URLs, and competitor tracking shows position and sentiment — not just presence. GA4 integration for AI referral traffic is better than anything else we evaluated. AI bot crawler tracking is included at no extra cost, which is a nice touch. Terms shifted multiple times during negotiation — pricing confirmed in writing got retracted, and the contract didn't match verbal commitments on several points. Took 10+ days and multiple rounds to finalize. Also, certain models are locked behind higher tiers, which wasn't made clear upfront.
