"Great product, horrible support"

What do you like best about scrumgenius?

The product works well and is relatively easy to use. It offers a lot of great functionality and clear reporting to understand who has completed their stand-up check-in and any blockers that team members might have. The email summaries are also quite helpful and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about scrumgenius?

The support is non-existent and I've yet to get a response back from any support queries that I've raised. The main issue I experienced was that I was unable to get the stand-up summary posted to Slack. It's also quite annoying that what I would see as basic integrations like Jira links is only available on their highest tier plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their support is nonexistent. I've been trying to cancel for 4+ months. I reached out multiple times via their contact page, then via email and finally twitter. Never got a single response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about scrumgenius?

Scrum Genius makes the work easy and efficient for the team lead position people . The best part I had found in is it automates all the type of Chats , Files , Group Meetings from multiple Persons in different remote locations. Recommendations to others considering scrumgenius:

Scrum Genius Runs Automatic check Ins and Standups to assist team Leaders and members . The managers can check their Employees working status and their Performance regularly . We can Integrate Multiple software's with it making it more Efficient . My suggestion to Every one who want to check the Status of their Employees during this pandemics time it is the best platform I had seen ever. What problems is scrumgenius solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being a Professor I need to conduct meetings with my staff regularly for that Scrum Genius was Perfect. Some times I need to Conduct Reviews and need to give Instructions on live with chat .
