ScrumGenius is unique among its competitors because we work across many different chat platforms. Not just Slack, but Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex Teams. It offers a lot of great functionality and clear reporting to understand who has completed their stand-up check-in and any blockers that team members might have. The email summaries are also quite helpful and easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about scrumgenius?** The support is non-existent and I've yet to get a response back from any support queries that I've raised. The main issue I experienced was that I was unable to get the stand-up summary posted to Slack. It's also quite annoying that what I would see as basic integrations like Jira links is only available on their highest tier plan. **What problems is scrumgenius solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us solve asynchronous communications with international teams particularly for scrum ceremonies like stand up or retrospectives. ### 2. I've been trying to cancel for 4+ months. I reached out multiple times via their contact page, then via email and finally twitter. The best part I had found in is it automates all the type of Chats , Files , Group Meetings from multiple Persons in different remote locations. It meets all my day to day functionalities where I can held upstand meetings with my team members according to daily and weekly basis. **What do you dislike about scrumgenius?** No , I don't have any dislike on Scrum Genius I love to work on it. **Recommendations to others considering scrumgenius:** Scrum Genius Runs Automatic check Ins and Standups to assist team Leaders and members . The managers can check their Employees working status and their Performance regularly . We can Integrate Multiple software's with it making it more Efficient . My suggestion to Every one who want to check the Status of their Employees during this pandemics time it is the best platform I had seen ever. The cost of the Product is also every low when compared to other services. **What problems is scrumgenius solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being a Professor I need to conduct meetings with my staff regularly for that Scrum Genius was Perfect. Some times I need to Conduct Reviews and need to give Instructions on live with chat . I can easily get the progress of their work .
