To start with, Fico open Access is easily accessible on the market and the customer support services is always on point. Sometimes it's not even worth cintacting the customer support team because the FAQs is tailored to fit/solve over 90% of customer use-cases.
As the name entails, Fico OA is the bridging the gap between clients and credit providers in terms of promoting transparency by giving borrowers free access to their credit reports at their finger tips (mobile app etc.) .
In Open Access, the reports are very user-friendly, even a laymen can easily understand it as opposed to other credit apps which requires specialist's analysis. For example, the reports will show key detailed factors affecting your scores, and this provides actionable insights to the report owners. This is complemented by the free customer credit education component.
For organizations delivering using this app, it acts as a requisite tool for free marketing, customer retention and subsequent brand image. Especially that customers are likely to stay with a brand that demostrate the need to assist them beyond a single transaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not across any challenges with Score Open Acess so far.
The only challenge I have observed though not widespread has to do with delays in updating systems by some lazy fintech firms. Thus impacting on the reliability of credit reports but this too is easily resolved when customers make follow-ups with the said firms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
