It gave us a single system to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview workflows, scorecards, scheduling, and offers instead of relying on spreadsheets, emails, and manual tracking. One of the biggest benefits has been efficiency. Creating requisitions, building interview workflows, and managing candidates is straightforward, and the scheduling functionality significantly reduces the time spent coordinating interviews. Candidate availability requests and interview scheduling are particularly easy to manage within the platform. SCALIS has also helped create a more structured and collaborative hiring process. Hiring managers and interviewers can access candidate information, complete scorecards, and participate in the process without requiring extensive training.
