"Scaleops the resource optimizer"
What do you like best about ScaleOps?

The ScaleOps installation process is impressively simple and seamless. The Parent Dashboard feature is particularly valuable, allowing effortless management of multiple ScaleOps instances across the enterprise — a great advantage for organizations with numerous Kubernetes clusters.

The ScaleOps team deserves special mention for their responsiveness and support; they are always available to address queries and proactively assist in resolving issues.

One of the biggest benefits is that you no longer need to manually monitor and resize applications in each cluster. This automation translates to significant time and cost savings, making ScaleOps a highly efficient solution for enterprise-scale Kubernetes management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScaleOps?

The cost savings projected on the dashboard should more accurately reflect the actual savings achieved through node reduction. At times, the displayed figures can be somewhat misleading.

Frequent product updates require regular upgrades, which can be challenging to manage in environments with a tedious or highly controlled change management process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impressive Scaling capabilities and intuitive UI"
What do you like best about ScaleOps?

The user interface is extremely intuitive, and the scaling works just as I hoped it would. Setting everything up is incredibly quick, with most configurations already handled out of the box, so only minimal adjustments are needed during onboarding. I also appreciate how quickly new features are released in response to customer feedback.

We are using ScaleOps in all of our clusters, and we can see a great cost reduction right from the start.

Except me as an administrator of the system, even the software engineers are using the system for investigate issues with workloads, kind of all in one place for kubernetes.

A must-use service for any organization that mind their scaling while keeping their costs clean tide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScaleOps?

While managing per cluster is perfect, still missing cross-cluster operations support, which is kind of must when dealing with multi clusters infrastructure.

ScaleOps makes Kubernetes resource management effortless. Its recommendations are accurate, automation is reliable, and the UI provides instant clarity on where optimization is needed. We’ve significantly reduced wasted resources and improved performance stability since adopting it. The support team deserves special mention — they’re one of the best I’ve worked with: fast to respond, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. You can tell they really care about their users’ success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScaleOps?

Very little. Some dashboards could expose a bit more customization, but that’s a minor point. The platform keeps evolving quickly, and the team’s responsiveness makes it easy to trust that anything missing today will likely be delivered soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ScaleOps: Streamlining Cloud Optimization and Automation"
What do you like best about ScaleOps?

ScaleOps offers a robust platform designed to automate and optimize the management of cloud infrastructure. Its user-friendly interface, combined with seamless integration with widely used DevOps tools, greatly simplifies the process of scaling and managing workloads. What stands out most is the platform’s capability to automate cost optimization and dynamically adjust resource allocations, which significantly reduces the need for manual intervention and helps ensure efficient use of cloud resources. "Cut your cloud costs with Scaleops and improve application performance and reliability"
What do you like best about ScaleOps?

Scaleops automatically optimizes k8s workloads for the services (application + infra), and it saves a lot of time and removes the guesswork from setting CPU/memory limits

It helps reducing the cloud costs significantly without affecting any performance on the way

it's providing a clear visibility into resource usage and scaling decisions

and it's easy for integration with existing clusters, all you need to install their agents inside the cluster then you can start monitor your services/nodes/pods with their resources etc..

It's also giving the team’s better way to tune and scaling their services automatically

their support team is excellent, they’re responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help troubleshoot or clarify how things work. It really makes the onboarding and adoption process much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScaleOps?

It would be great if ScaleOps could save state snapshots for configuration changes, allowing easy rollbacks when needed.

For example, if I automate an entire cluster that includes both automated and non-automated services, I’d like the ability to roll back to the previous state if something goes wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-Effective and Efficient with Smooth Setup"
What do you like best about ScaleOps?

I appreciate how ScaleOps has enhanced our efficiency by reducing the number of servers needed for our Kubernetes operations, which means we are operating more cost-effectively and not wasting resources on unnecessary server expenditures. I find the setup process of ScaleOps to be exceptionally smooth and quick, as it only took me a few minutes to get everything up and running without any problems. The features that allow us to see exactly what we are using and saving, along with the ability to prioritize which pods will receive the correct policy, are incredibly useful for our operations. The ease of installing and upgrading the software, combined with excellent assistance from the support team, product managers, and customer success manager, makes using ScaleOps a seamless experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ScaleOps Slashes Our Infra Costs by 40% with Ease"
What do you like best about ScaleOps?

I love how ScaleOps provides a seamless setup process, which is as simple as deploying any other Kubernetes workload, making it extremely user-friendly. The dashboard is incredibly useful, offering automation with a single click and providing valuable suggestions tailored to my workload, such as predicting optimal resource percentages. ScaleOps solves the significant problem of resource optimization by automatically adjusting memory and CPU utilization based on traffic and usage, which has led to a substantial cost savings of 30 to 40% in my infrastructure costs. I appreciate the core VPA scaling feature that efficiently adjusts resources to traffic patterns, ensuring both performance and cost-efficiency. I also enjoy the troubleshooting features that offer out-of-the-box insights on issues like memory or pod capacity, which is a considerable time-saver compared to using tools like Grafana. Additionally, I highly value their incredible team and great support, an aspect that contributes significantly to my satisfaction, resulting in a perfect recommendation score from me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScaleOps?

I think ScaleOps could enhance their horizontal pod autoscaling (HPA) feature and explore its functionalities further. Additionally, I am in discussions with them about introducing daemon set scaling based on node size, which is a feature I believe would be extremely beneficial.
