Sastrify is a virtual Software-as-a-Service procurement service and optimizes management and cost of SaaS tools for digital-first companies. We bring transparency into the SaaS landscape, reduce shadow IT and support in the acquisition of new tools. This includes continuous monitoring of software tools (under-usage, functional overlaps etc.), renewal management and even price negotiations with vendors. We typically save around 5-10% of monthly SaaS cost within the first weeks. Obviously, our mission is to save more money than we cost, creating a win-win situation with our customers.

What do you dislike about Sastrify?

Sometimes, I encounter UI bugs or unclear UX workflows in Sastrify which can be a bit confusing. However, the support team and our account manager are always quick to help out and resolve these issues. Sastrify streamlines our operations with its centralized procurement catalog, making tool management much more organized. What do you like best about Sastrify?

Sastrify is a great tool to get an overview of what of the tools in our organization cost, when they renew and who is the tool onwer. Addionally you have a assigned Customer Success Manager and a dedicated buyer from Sastrify to help negotiate better prices on existing and new contracts. They leverage their knowlege about what other Sastrify customers are paying for a given tool to get discounts for our tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sastrify?

Overall we are very happy with Sastrify and have no major complaints. If you want to nitpick I could mention a few bugs on their platform in the beginning, there were resolved in the meantime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
