**What do you like best about Sastrify?**

Thanks to Sasitry, our SaaS management stopped being reactive and became much more proactive.

I especially like that it has benchmarking capabilities; that is, it allows you to know precisely what other companies are paying for the same software. This is extremely relevant when it comes to negotiating.

In more economic terms, the renewal alerts and the ease of managing underutilized licenses have allowed us to optimize the budget from month 1.

On the human side, the support team is A1: always available and very knowledgeable about the market.

**What do you dislike about Sastrify?**

The platform has grown quite a bit and, at times, the interface feels a bit overwhelmed by the number of features. The generation of custom reports to present to the management could be more flexible; nowadays we rely to some extent on pre-established formats. I have also noticed that, during periods with many simultaneous renewals, communication with the support team can become somewhat slower than usual, although in the end they always resolve with quality.

**What problems is Sastrify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The process of purchasing and renewing software used to consume more than 6 hours a week of my team's time on manual tasks and endless emails with suppliers. Sastrify acts as an extension of our purchasing team: they handle the toughest negotiations and notify us months in advance. The greatest benefit has been reclaiming that time to dedicate to strategic tasks, in addition to the peace of mind knowing that we will no longer miss a cancellation period due to oversight. It is literally like having SaaS experts working for you.

**What do you like best about Sastrify?**

Sastrify has been a very useful tool in getting all of our tech stack recorded in one place, ensuring our renewals are effectively managed and helping to eliminate overlapping tools in our org. CSM team is very hands-on in helping to get set up and in engaging on renewals as they come up. Set up was easy, with some info gathering required, but newer integrations - such as the one with Sage Intacct - keep SaaS tools from falling through the cracks. New features are regularly added, so we're interested to see how Sastrify continues to grow. There are lots of reminders of areas where we can get more value out of our contracts (such as working with a reseller where appropriate) or benchmarking our current deal.

**What do you dislike about Sastrify?**

The bigger lifts in using Sastrify are around adoption from tool owners. On setup, admins will need to get them to update the tools in the system and to engage with the tool on renewals - if a user doesn't own many tools they may not engage with Sastrify frequently enough to learn the system well. Additionally, interjecting a third party into renewal conversations can sometimes add a layer of bureaucracy in the process and as a result some tool owners may prefer to handle negotiations themselves.

**What do you like best about Sastrify?**

My experience with Sastrify over the past few months has been incredible. The entire team from our first contact was extremely attentive and committed to helping us. The onboarding was very light, intuitive and helped us a lot.

The negotiation processes with open tickets have been flowing very well, with the entire sastrify team providing quick support and presenting incredible analyses.

Communication, even though we are in different parts of the world, has always been very easy. The professionals at sastrify are always willing to talk to us in the best language for us, be it English or Spanish, in addition to helping us with internal communications for cobli made in Portuguese with all the love for Nicholas!

We are very excited to work together. It's great to have this proximity in all processes and constant touchpoints

In summary: The agility in processes, perfect communication and monitoring by sastrify, the incredible onboarding process, and all the views we can have of our contracts such as renewal dates, budgets are what I like most about sastrify.

**What do you dislike about Sastrify?**

I don't have many points for sastrify to develop.

I would just mention the discovered tools part, which we rarely use, but this is because they don't apply much to Cobli, which is why we don't use it as much.

**What problems is Sastrify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are still starting out, and we lack many documents.
But our contract management at Cobli is still a little sparse, and we've already seen that Sastrify is (and will) help us a lot to concentrate all contracts, renewal dates and budgets for each system in a single place, with easy visualization and with renewal notifications in our email, which is extremely important for us!

Plus, the ability to get much better discounts and alternatives than if Cobli tried on its own.

**What do you like best about Sastrify?**

Sastrify helps us negotiate best deals for our saas tools. They not only help us save money but also help us save a lot of time that we would spend on researching the tools, taking demo for all of them and reaching out to the point of contact. 
Sastrify also advice us on the ways of saving money and the areas where we can potentially save.
I always reach out to them for advice if our company is looking for an alternative tool as they have insights about most of the tools.
The platform is easy to use, we have new features that discover the tools that our users are testing out or even using.
There is a slack integration which reminds about upcoming renewals, which helps us to stay on top of our tools.
In addition to all of the above, they have excellent support team. it is always a pleasure to work with Cristina and Axel. they are very helpful. Cristina, our CSM is also available on slack and answers all of our questions quickly. 
She also helped me with invoice uploads which was a very time consuming task.

**What do you dislike about Sastrify?**

I do not dislike anything about sastrify, but I am really happy that we keep getting new features which are of great help.

**What problems is Sastrify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Negotiaton support and saving money - Sastrify always helps us save money by negotiating with the tools directly. they take care of everything
organised saas management - we get a complete overview of the tools used across the company and their status, which makes it easy to manage the tools as well as the cost.

The ease of use is something that stands out about this tool and the customer support is top notch. Nicholas and Axel have been insturmental in helping us get the most out of Sastrify to optimize savings.

**What do you dislike about Sastrify?**

This may be more so on our part, but it would be great to have Sastrify integrate with Ironclad and NetSuite to eliminate some of the manual work required to keep the records up to date.

Sastrify is helping us to mainatain a high level of visibility into our SaaS spend, which reduces duplication and maximizes savings. We did not previously have a process in place to systematically address these issues, and Sastrify certainly helps us solve for that.

**What do you like best about Sastrify?**

Sastrify helps to keep an accurate inventory of SaaS tools, with details like renewal date, tool owner, receiving reminders, in addition you can ask Sastrify team to negotiate contracts on your behalf. For companies fully on cloud with many SaaS tools I think it's necessary to have something like Sastrify in place.

**What do you dislike about Sastrify?**

It's not a downside, just a point of attention, in order to be able to save a lot of money, a person in charge of Sastrify is needed internally, to check contracts date expiration and follow up with tools' owner.

**What problems is Sastrify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sastrify helps us to have visibility of our SaaS tools and allows us to monitor them, as an unique source of truth. This helps to avoid duplicating tools, decide when a tool is not needed anymore, this serves the ultimate purpose of saving money.

Smooth onboarding and immediate results. Our investment has already amortized after a few weeks and there are more promising actions in the pipeline. They reduced our costs as promised and also have been saving time once onboarding was done. Our account manager is really friendly, proactive, and helpful.

In the beginning, after the onboarding, you have to spend some time and effort on getting all data in the Sastrify tool. We were expecting this a bit quicker, but after this, all went smooth.

The onboarding process was executed seamlessly and yielded immediate results. Our investment was fully recouped within a few weeks, and we have promising projects in the pipeline. As promised, the cost of our operations has been reduced, and we have saved valuable time once the onboarding process is completed. Our account manager has been exceptionally amicable, proactive, and helpful.

The biggest challenge is getting tool owners to adopt Sastrify. Admins must encourage them to update their tools and engage with the system during renewals. Users who don't own many tools may not use Sastrify enough to learn it well. Involving a third party in renewals can add bureaucracy, so some tool owners prefer to handle negotiations themselves.

**What do you like best about Sastrify?**

the option of having a centralised overview of all the SaaS tools used, including the main person responsible, budget and contract details, is simply essential in a company of a certain size. 

This, coupled with the renewal reminders and the option to find more favourable conditions or alternative providers via Sastrify, can save a lot of work. It was relatively easy and clear for the employees of the individual departments to introduce Sastrify, even if the documentation took some time. The integration only required fixed plans for processes in order to optimally integrate Sastrify company wide.

The contact and support from the Sastrify team was expectedly positive and, depending on the request, also profound in the counselling. For some areas, we approached Sastrify very specifically with particular comments and requests, while in other areas we continued to strive for independent management. In any case, Sastrify took our wishes into account and responded well to us.

We as IT regularly use Sastrify for our reconciliations with other departments and integrations and actively use it for renewal management.

**What do you dislike about Sastrify?**

Sastrify tends - as a result of the background of Sastrify itself - to burden you with too many messages and notifications. If several tools are managed by one and the same person, this can sometimes result in a veritable flood of emails that first need to be organised.

We have realised that not all areas are suitable for being managed via an intermediary such as Sastrify, as some partners prefer direct contact. However, this was the exception rather than the rule.

Sastrify offers a central platform for all SaaS tools and accordingly the possibility to manage them contractually and to always keep track of new and changed conditions or tools that need to be integrated into the corporate structures of the IT landscape.

The product is not in its preak when it comes to maturity but that means there is plenty of room for improvement !

Sastrify helps to get a quick overview of the whole tool stack of the organisation. In addition you can define tool owners, renewal dates, contract duration etc. It is really a single source of truth for the tool stack of an company.

Raising tickets for renewals or contract negotiations are not intuitive.

I highly appreciate Sastrify's user-friendly interface which makes navigation a breeze. The centralization of all tools in one platform significantly streamlines our operations. Moreover, the tool search catalog is extensive and intuitive. The clear designation of tool ownership alongside a definitive timeline for each tool enhances our workflow management, ensuring that every team member is aligned and accountable. This structure, infused with transparency, not only optimizes our SaaS procurement process but also fosters a collaborative work environment.

**What do you dislike about Sastrify?**

Sometimes, I encounter UI bugs or unclear UX workflows in Sastrify which can be a bit confusing. However, the support team and our account manager are always quick to help out and resolve these issues. Their fast response helps to fix problems quickly, making it easier to continue with our tasks.

**What problems is Sastrify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sastrify streamlines our operations with its centralized procurement catalog, making tool management much more organized. A significant benefit is the time saved when Sastrify managers handle negotiations professionally, ensuring we get the best deals. Additionally, the SaaS procurement reminders are incredibly useful, keeping us on track with renewals and budgeting, which in turn, supports better financial and resource management within our organization.

Their own SaaS product could use some more work. It is confusing at times.

Acting as our procurement partner and doing negotiations for us. Not everyone in our company is able to do proper negotiation, so it is good to have Sastrify and rely on them for that

**What do you like best about Sastrify?**

Sastrify is a great tool to get an overview of what of the tools in our organization cost, when they renew and who is the tool onwer. Addionally you have a assigned Customer Success Manager and a dedicated buyer from Sastrify to help negotiate better prices on existing and new contracts. They leverage their knowlege about what other Sastrify customers are paying for a given tool to get discounts for our tools.

**What do you dislike about Sastrify?**

Overall we are very happy with Sastrify and have no major complaints. If you want to nitpick I could mention a few bugs on their platform in the beginning, there were resolved in the meantime.

**What problems is Sastrify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They negotiate better deals for our subscriptions for us, then we could do ourselves. Addionally this work is very time consuming. Sastrify takes over the biggest part of that workload.

The most important thing for me that it is a centralised space to store invoices, contracts notes, etc. that otherwise would end up in email and Slack. Additionally, reminders on expiration or renewal of the tools is very helpful.

There is nothing in particular I would mention about the functionality. Not all Saas tools are available in the library, so they have to be explicitly asked to be added

The team at Sastrify is a great addition to my own colleagues. They are consistently friendly, responsive, and easily accessible through various channels. Navigating through the Sastrify platform can be a bit confusing at times and I find that communicating directly with their team is often more helpful. Also, our customer success manager changed more than once which required some time to adjust to the changes - but all is good now!

Sastrify has allowed us to consolidate all our software contracts in one central location, which has been extremely beneficial for us as it eliminates the problem of multiple tools and stakeholders that we had before. We appreciate the regular review and personal attention we receive when managing and negotiating our software. Saastrify helps us get an overview of our SaaS costs. Sastrify also assists us immensely in negotiations with SaaS providers.

Some functions (e.g. display of costs) do not yet work flawlessly. We also need to invest a little time to maintain the application. For companies with few staff in administrative areas, Sastrify can be a relief through its service, but is also an additional burden due to the necessary maintenance of the platform. Although the Sastrify application is generally practical, some aspects of the application could be more user-friendly. It is a bummer that the in-house AWS reselling has been postponed.

I love the idea! There are so many people in a company dealing with tools and most of them hate negotiating contracts. It's really cool to have people by your side who seem to know what they're doing and also know what's possible when it comes to better pricing. I also love that their dashboards have a great overview and that we have all contracts in one place.

My contact person seems to be ghosting me. I reached out to him several times but he doesn't react. Plus, he told me he couldn't get a better price with the tool I'm responsible for and then we tried it ourselves and got a much better price. That's quite disappointing to me.

Love the idea of having all contracts and subscriptions in one place. And also to have people who have your back and know what prices are possible. This is a topic a lot of people dislike so it's great to have a partner for that.

I enjoy the personal contact and help you get offered in terms of SaaS contracts, pricing, and usability. I would never be able to work through the jungle of tools all by myself. Furthermore, the visualization of the tool helps to get an overview of tools and keep track of renewals.

The "spend" functionality of the service is not finished yet, and the amount of money spent is not accurate enough to build trust in it. Also, the connections to systems like spendesk is more manual than I would have hoped for.

Sastrify has helped us reduce ongoing IT run costs. They offer better prices for software licenses, help consolidate or switch to better vendors and find unnecessary expenses. I personally feel it takes a long time to actually get the required insights and support that is offered. I am a bit new to using it (less than 3 months), so maybe it is also based on my personal expectations. I have asked for support on benchmark numbers for one tool and alignment on DPA and terms on another and the coms with our support at sastrify seem to be progressing only very slowly.

not much being very honest. Maybe a slight improvement in the UX of the Sastrify platform itself. It's not the easiest to use or get used to initially, especially because I am an owner of several tools in my company. The attention to detail and the amount of time that their customer success people and account manager spend on us. We are currently using this for managing most of our software contracts with very good results.

I've been working with them for a very short time, and I'm still in my honeymoon phase, so there's not so much to dislike. I guess that the UI/UX could be improved, but overall great product.
