What do you like best about Sastrify?

Sastrify has been a very useful tool in getting all of our tech stack recorded in one place, ensuring our renewals are effectively managed and helping to eliminate overlapping tools in our org. CSM team is very hands-on in helping to get set up and in engaging on renewals as they come up. Set up was easy, with some info gathering required, but newer integrations - such as the one with Sage Intacct - keep SaaS tools from falling through the cracks. New features are regularly added, so we're interested to see how Sastrify continues to grow. There are lots of reminders of areas where we can get more value out of our contracts (such as working with a reseller where appropriate) or benchmarking our current deal. What do you dislike about Sastrify?

The bigger lifts in using Sastrify are around adoption from tool owners. On setup, admins will need to get them to update the tools in the system and to engage with the tool on renewals - if a user doesn't own many tools they may not engage with Sastrify frequently enough to learn the system well. Additionally, interjecting a third party into renewal conversations can sometimes add a layer of bureaucracy in the process and as a result some tool owners may prefer to handle negotiations themselves. What do you like best about Sastrify?

My experience with Sastrify over the past few months has been incredible. The entire team from our first contact was extremely attentive and committed to helping us. The onboarding was very light, intuitive and helped us a lot.

The negotiation processes with open tickets have been flowing very well, with the entire sastrify team providing quick support and presenting incredible analyses.

Communication, even though we are in different parts of the world, has always been very easy. The professionals at sastrify are always willing to talk to us in the best language for us, be it English or Spanish, in addition to helping us with internal communications for cobli made in Portuguese with all the love for Nicholas!

We are very excited to work together. It's great to have this proximity in all processes and constant touchpoints

In summary: The agility in processes, perfect communication and monitoring by sastrify, the incredible onboarding process, and all the views we can have of our contracts such as renewal dates, budgets are what I like most about sastrify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sastrify?

I don't have many points for sastrify to develop.

I would just mention the discovered tools part, which we rarely use, but this is because they don't apply much to Cobli, which is why we don't use it as much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sastrify?

Sastrify helps us negotiate best deals for our saas tools. They not only help us save money but also help us save a lot of time that we would spend on researching the tools, taking demo for all of them and reaching out to the point of contact.

Sastrify also advice us on the ways of saving money and the areas where we can potentially save.

I always reach out to them for advice if our company is looking for an alternative tool as they have insights about most of the tools.

The platform is easy to use, we have new features that discover the tools that our users are testing out or even using.

There is a slack integration which reminds about upcoming renewals, which helps us to stay on top of our tools.

In addition to all of the above, they have excellent support team. it is always a pleasure to work with Cristina and Axel. they are very helpful. Cristina, our CSM is also available on slack and answers all of our questions quickly.

What do you like best about Sastrify?

What do you like best about Sastrify?

Sastrify helps to keep an accurate inventory of SaaS tools, with details like renewal date, tool owner, receiving reminders, in addition you can ask Sastrify team to negotiate contracts on your behalf. For companies fully on cloud with many SaaS tools I think it's necessary to have something like Sastrify in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sastrify?

It's not a downside, just a point of attention, in order to be able to save a lot of money, a person in charge of Sastrify is needed internally, to check contracts date expiration and follow up with tools' owner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Smooth onboarding and immediate results. Our investment has already amortized after a few weeks and there are more promising actions in the pipeline. What do you like best about Sastrify?

The onboarding process was executed seamlessly and yielded immediate results. Our investment was fully recouped within a few weeks, and we have promising projects in the pipeline. As promised, the cost of our operations has been reduced, and we have saved valuable time once the onboarding process is completed. The biggest challenge is getting tool owners to adopt Sastrify. Admins must encourage them to update their tools and engage with the system during renewals. Users who don't own many tools may not use Sastrify enough to learn it well. Involving a third party in renewals can add bureaucracy, so some tool owners prefer to handle negotiations themselves. What do you like best about Sastrify?

the option of having a centralised overview of all the SaaS tools used, including the main person responsible, budget and contract details, is simply essential in a company of a certain size.

This, coupled with the renewal reminders and the option to find more favourable conditions or alternative providers via Sastrify, can save a lot of work. It was relatively easy and clear for the employees of the individual departments to introduce Sastrify, even if the documentation took some time. The integration only required fixed plans for processes in order to optimally integrate Sastrify company wide.

The contact and support from the Sastrify team was expectedly positive and, depending on the request, also profound in the counselling. For some areas, we approached Sastrify very specifically with particular comments and requests, while in other areas we continued to strive for independent management. In any case, Sastrify took our wishes into account and responded well to us.

We as IT regularly use Sastrify for our reconciliations with other departments and integrations and actively use it for renewal management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sastrify?

Sastrify tends - as a result of the background of Sastrify itself - to burden you with too many messages and notifications. If several tools are managed by one and the same person, this can sometimes result in a veritable flood of emails that first need to be organised.

We have realised that not all areas are suitable for being managed via an intermediary such as Sastrify, as some partners prefer direct contact. However, this was the exception rather than the rule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
